28: You R In Love

THE NEXT DAY

Harry's Pov

Katherine was now much more comfortable and felt more at home being here in Volterra. Except feeding on animal blood, it was like she was always one of us and finally she has  earned Father and Mother's trust and affection. Mother loved her very much actually, not more than I did but yeah. I still prefered to keep her in my room because I didnt trust the other vampires of the kingdom, I couldnt risk Katherine getting hurt by anyone so she didnt come out of my room anytime, best part she never complained and cooperated easier than I thought. For a yellow eyed she was too perfect!

My Katherine's Perfect.

My love for her grew stronger and stronger each day, more I looked at jer, even thought of her. I was still confused why I couldnt read her mind alone out of all vampires, how could she know all the elements and use them so well. No yellow eyed could use all the elements, actually noone could. Except one, Mother Of All Vampires but it was told she had no heir so Katherine was no way related to her.

I was in my private training area with Liam practising with swords and my fire powers. I was the strongest vampire in the world, if there was a war coming up, I had to be in my most powerful state so I had to be ready always. 

"Rise the lava like huge waves, like how Katherine did before"Liam instructed me and I nodded ready to learn something new. If Katherine did it, why couldnt I? Aww just hearing her name was more than enough to form a wide grin on my face and my mind diverted to her right away and I could only see in my head her perfect porcelain face, her golden beautiful eyes innocent yet calling me in which way you know I guess, her long chestnut hair standing perfectly on her shoulders, that thin white silk dress fitting her perfectly how it should making her body stand out in a good way not showing any of her parts vulgarily. She made so hard just by looking at her, ok even thinking about her but the best part she wasnt even trying at all. I even doubt she felt something for me. Why would she? She seemed like the perfect loyal princess that wouldnt go against any rules so why would she take the risk to love a red eyed, someone like me? She deserved better but I loved her so fucking much it hurts.

Fuck the rules.

I was still not feeding myself human blood or any blood for the matter, I may not show it or say it to anybody but my throat was burning to the core, I was sooo thirsty, craving for blood like I would feel better even with one drop of blood but I wouldnt kill one more innocent human just for my thirst/hunger/greed for power. Wanna know why?

Katherine.

"Harry? Harry? Are you there?"Liam snapped me out of my thoughts as he stood in front of me raising his eyebrow at me. I've zoned out for too long I guessed. Katherine baby look what you've done to me, oooh baby look what you've done now!

"Sorry!"I said and focused on the lava ready to rise it, they say it was easier to master a power if we think about either a powerful memory or about someone dearly to us. I was thinking about two persons, my two favorite persons in the world.

Gemma and Katherine.

I heard Gemma's voice in my head, I was not going to cry but I missed her more than anything maybe as much as I loved Katherine. If it was the right thing to do, she will be avenged, you know who kill her and why right?

Next was Katherine's voice and I smiled more hearing her sweet voice. I swear this woman will be the death of me.

Hearing both their voices in my head gave the confidence and strength to do anything so I lifted my hands to the air to rise the lava successfully like huge tsunami waves all around us, Liam gasped in shock and he was proud of me.

"Very good Harry! You can put it down carefully now"Liam told me and I slowly put the lava down back to normal as delicately as possible without splasing anywhere.

"Thank Liam"I said smiling at him.

"Liam can I ask you something?"I asked him nicely and he nodded walking with me out the area to go sit on a bench in the hallway.

"Of course my boy anything"Liam said nicely. I knew what I was going to say was something to talk between father and son but you see, Liam was fatherly to me than my own Father so it was fine.

"Is loving someone from the enemie's race a crime?"I asked him nervously even if I partly knew the answer and didnt care about it. He looked at me confused but understood quickly about what and who I was talking about.

"To your parents...yes. But love is not a crime, everyone is free to love anyone. Why are you asking me this?"Liam said and I nodded smiling thinking about her.

"I'm in love with Katherine, Liam! I dont care about what my parents would think but---"I started but he cut me off not upset, on the contrary.

"Did you tell her?"He asked me and I sighed. He knew why I was nervous.

"I'm scared to do it...I mean...I dont know if she feels the same for me"I said and he nodded as he was thinking of something, I didnt want to read his mind this time.

"You'll never know if you dont make the first move! Why dont you tell her, Im pretty sure she feels something for you"Liam said and my face brighten up, really she felt something for me?

"What makes you say that?"I asked him and he chuckled.

"She looks at you how you look at her. You make her nervous sometimes, I observe more than you think Harry, trust me when you open up to her you will be happy"Liam said. Oh Liam I really hope you will be right. As much as my throat was burning, I wanted Katherine to be mine.

Right now.

"Thank you Liam, will you excuse me I need to see my love"I said nicely and he laughed nicely.

"Good luck and smooth the first time"He said winking teasingly at me and I blushed. Seriously Liam! I'm a good boy, she's tempting me, cant help it!

I ran full speed climbing the stairs and continued my way up to my room as fast as I really needed Katherine, no more denying and no more hiding. I will confess my love for her, she'll be mine whether my parents like it or not. I opened my room with my key and as I entered, my eyes were locked on the beautiful girl on the bed in a red dress looking at me welcominly with a nice smile.

"Hi Harry"It was all she said but to me, I couldnt hold it anymorr and I was lost of words just by looking at her. So what did I do? I just ran to her and pushed her back on the bed.

"I Love You"Was all I said before my lips pressed on her lips.
