The moment I walked in I knew I made a horrible mistake. There were so many people, and I had never seem most of them. "Relax." Grayson smiled and offered me an arm. "Let's get some drinks." He said. I never noticed how professional he could be, until now. "Two champagne." He said. And soon he gave me a glass. "Grayson Donovan! Excuse me beautiful, but I'm borrowing him a few minutes." A young man said. I think he was around 30. He had pitch black hair and dark eyes. They were probably friends. "Excuse me." Grayson said to me. And he left me alone, in a room with people I didn't know. What an asshole. Slowly I sipped my drink. And I looked around, looking for familiar faces. Like Felicity. A soft tap on my shoulder. "Barry?" I asked, almost choking. "Hey Audrey." He smiled. He hadn't changed. "What are you doing here?" I asked. "Felicity asked us to come." He said. "Oh." I muttered. "Would you like to catch up later? I'd like to know how you've been." He asked me. "I'm sorry. I don't think we should do that." I said. Before he could answer I walked away. Grayson wasn't hard to find. He was laughing hard with some other men. And he was obviously drunk. "Hey. I'm going home." I said to him. "You could come to my house too." The dark haired guy from earlier slurred. "Bye Grayson." I said. I gave the dark haired guy an angry look. "You can't leave. We're here with my car." Grayson laughed. I frowned. "Don't be sad, beautiful." He laughed. I turned around and walked back to the bar. I talked to the bartender about nothing and drank some more drinks. "Bye." I said to the guy and stood up. And I almost fell. Luckily someone caught me. "Thanks." I laughed. "Are you okay?" Barry asked. "Perfect." I said. I wasn't drunk. I would remember everything I did. But alcohol and heels are a deadly combination. "You should go home." He said. "I can't drive now." I said. "I'll bring you." He said. "No. Stay. Have fun." I said to him. "I wasn't asking for permission." He said smiling. "Okay then." I muttered.
•okay, I know this is terrible and way too short. But I can't watch The Flash anymore and because of that I'm sort of losing my motivation. To be clear I WILL FINISH THIS STORY, I promise. I just need you guys to be patience with me. I'm busy with school and my job and my friends.
I also started another story (something that probably wasn't smart since I haven't updated this in like 3 months and now I have to write for that too.) But I like to write it. It's a fanfiction about Peter Pan from Once Upon A Time. So if any of you watch the show then I would really appreciate it if you checked it out.
And thank you all so much for all the reads and likes and positive comments. I really didn't expect that! :) x•
