SKYWAY, CHAPTER ONE: “EPILOGUE”
Let me start at well, the beginning. My name’s Emeli, and I’m in this band called ‘Skyway,’ and well, you could say we’re sort of well-known. Oh, who am I even kidding, we’re quite famous, you know. Screaming fans everywhere, sold out tours… So, I guess I should introduce you to the band first. There’s Jim, our fabulous drummer, Michael, our highly appreciated guitarist, Phil our absolutely amazing keyboardist/bassist and then there’s me, Emma, singer and guitarist. Phil and Michael are also backing singers, it’s quite funny. We’ve been friend since we’re twelve and we’ve made music since then too, but we got signed when we were nineteen. Well, I was nineteen, I’m the youngest. Phil is 23 now, Michael is too, Jim is 24 and then there’s me, 21… But we get along well. So, as our first album has just come out, like six months ago, we’re doing our third tour, this time around the UK. We tried going to as many places as possible, not like only the main cities most artist visit when they announce a UK-tour, no, we’re doing it differently. Just the way I like it, different.
