The chosen one

Lily led me to a large room. It was an indoor pool area that for some reason, I have never seen before. I flew upstairs and put on my sky blue bikini that I haven't worn since the day that I met Sylvia. I'll miss her and all the fun adventures we've had together but, she decided to go back out to sea now that it's safe. I support that. Wait, I just had a crazy thought. I started texting Sylvia.

Me: Hey, Sylvia? It's Riley.
After like, 2  minutes, She replied:
You mean Veronica, right? Anyway, Hey! I  miss you!
How are you doing learning about your powers so far?
Me:
Uh, yeah, how did you know my real name was Veronica?
You weren't there when Anthony told me.
She didn't respond after that. Something's going on. I'll have to ask Anthony.

I used my superspeed to zoom down the flights of stairs. "Anthony!" I yelled. Anthony ran over to me. "What happened? Is everything okay??" He panicked. "How does Sylvia know all about my powers and my real name?" I demanded. "Oh...She was kinda hired by your parents, too..." He said shakily. "Anything else I need to know? Or anyone needs to know?" I asked. "Yeah but I need Lily here, too." He said. I ran over to Lily, who was getting something from the snack bar, picked her up, and ran back to Anthony. "What do you want, Veronica?" She whined, "I was just about to get 10 choco tacos!" "Anthony has something he needs to tell both of us." I said, rolling my eyes. "Oh, this is gonna be good." She said while cracking her knuckles. I did the same. "Well, You guys are kinda... related..." He said. "How?" Lily asked urgently. "Sisters...Twins..." He said. "Holy crap! We're twins?!?" I screamed. "Yeah..." He said. "Wait, so does this mean I have powers,too?" She asked. "Yeah..." He said again. She squealed. "Wait, then how come Lily has a different father?" I asked. He said something about my parents putting Lily up for adoption because they couldn't handle two magical princesses. "Why did they keep me instead of Lily?" I asked. "Because you, Veronica Cordano, are the chosen one." He said as  he kneeled down in front of me. Lily looked around wondering what she should do now and saw Anthony and kneeled down beside him. I am the chosen one.
