"Explain what you stole government property!"

"I didn't steal it."

"Then how else did you get it?"

"Laura's mom gave it to me."

"Fat chance."

"It's true you can call her and ask her. But it isn't her fault I convinced her to give it me."

"You know if I report this you could be in big trouble?"

"I know."

"What do you need this for anyway?"

"I told you, the article I'm writing about her."

"Yeah okay sure. Tell me the truth and I'll let you off the hook."

"Fine, My mom moved us into Laura's old house and I've been having these dreams. I don't know why I'm telling you, you won't believe me."
"Dreams? what type of dreams?"
"It doesnt matter, I was trying to help Dale but-"
"Dale help? with what? He's at the Twin Peaks mental hospital."
"I know but you won't believe me. Just take me in." She puts out her arms to be cuffed.
"Ah, I'm not going to tell on you."
"Really?"
"Yeah, you know something about dale and if that can help to get him back to his real self I'm in."
"Yay!"
"But you can't tell anyone were working on this!" He says sternly
"My lips are sealed."
"Okay so what do you need?"
"Where's Dale?"
"Twin peaks mental hospital I told you."
"Yeah, well then take me!"
"Now?"
"No tomorrow, I need to do more research on somethings. Including this lodge thing."
"What about it?"
"It's where the real Dale is, keep up."
"Real Dale?"
"Yeah, he's stuck in there and bob is the one in Dales body at the hospital."
"How do you know this?"
"because I've been there, and he told me."
"Main this is crazy but I'm willing to try anything to try to get Dale back to normal."
"Yes! Now, I must go. Later."
"Kaya?" Truman asks before she leaves.
"Just promise me on thing okay?"

She raises her eyebrows at him in agreement.
