Chapter 10

Skylar's POV

So, today I'm going to go meet Jesse and talk with him. No, I'm not telling him he's the father. Not now at least.

I get dressed and I leave to go to his house. Yes, I still have feelings for him but, I'm with Jay and Jesse is with someone new.

I pull into his driveway and get out. I knock on the door and he let's me in.

" Hey, so why am I here?" I ask.

" I know that the baby is mine" Jesse replies.

" How?" I ask.

" T, told me... She figured it out somehow and told me. How could you have Jay pretend to be the dad? Were you planning on not telling me and then I would miss out in my daughters life?!?" He replies.

" I have my reason okay? I just got my parents back and if I tell them that my biological daughter has a different dad then this baby I could lose them again! I need them Jesse! Its not easy raising two kids and its about to get a lot fricken harder " I reply.

" you don't think I know that? That's why I want to be in my daughters life" he replies.

" Yeah, and what are you going to tell your new girlfriend?" I ask.

" I don't know I'll tell her what happened she'll, understand" he replies.

" I swear mess up once, and you won't see her again. That's all I'm saying and I want to get to know your girlfriend so, I know if I can trust her around this baby or not" I reply.

" Okay that's fine. How is the living arrangement going to be ?" He asks.

" Um, I'll get her for four days and you get her for three?" I ask.

" I'm fine with whatever as long as you and her are happy" he replies and I smile and feel a kick.

" She, just kicked for the first time" I reply.

" Can I feel?" He asks.

" Yeah go ahead" I reply and he feels her kick again.

" I should get going but, I'll see you at the baby shower" I reply.

" Okay see you soon" he replies and I leave.

I go home only to get into a huge fight with Jay about Jesse and the kids so, I packed a couple bags and stayed at my parents.
