i wake up and realize that I've fallen asleep and ruby is asleep on my leg. The ground is moist with morning dew and the sun is rising with the most beautiful shades of orange and blue. i reach over and grab an apple, the bitterness awakens my tastebuds and sends tingles all over my body causing me to shake. ruby takes a large breath in and rubs her eyes. my eyes widen and i hold my breath not wanting to wake her up, i bite my lip and her eyes open.

"good morning beautiful."

"sorry if i woke you"

"no I've been up for a while, just waiting for you to wake up."

i take a bite of the apple and notice that i never waked down the road. what if their was a house down there with a cell phone? i could call them and they could trace the call to here and get us. we would find out where we are i could go home.

i realised being out here, i need to go home. this has been an adventure that will never forget but it has als been the worst experiance of my life. i didn't sleep for like 2 days trying to figure out how to communicate with people, i have been attacked by wild animals and endangered another person. without ruby i'm sure i would have been dead by now. the poor girl. we need to go see what's at the end of this path.

"we should get up and keep exploring the area, you know like scout the terrain for waste that could help is and look for food and water. but first we should check and see whats at the end of this path. we ca mae our way back to the "main road" later but we should check and see what's at the end of this path, it might be a house."

"i know but after finally relaxing my legs hurt so badly."

"look! would you rather run aways from another wild animal by yourself or would you rather follow me and feel safer, i'm leaving with or without you."

i get up and walk away with ruby talking to me but i continue to walk away without listening to her. i pass the bright green apple tree again. the leaves seem like they have changed colour but i know i because of the time of day the leaves are a bright green with the greenest apples the smell of rotten apples filled the air and makes me want to leave as soon as possible. i walk away and turn to see of ruby is coming, she's not. i continue down the path into new territory passing a crap ton of poison ivy along with a humongous oak tree that i can not see the top of.

I hear a noise and its kind in familiar, hm. The noise grows louder and louder and my heart starts to race i look all around. I see nothing. I run. I go farther and farther down the pact and the path gets darker and darker, but u continue to run. The noise is getting quieter. God that was awful, such a piercing shriek nearly defining. I've never wanted to cut me ears off before. The noise begins again.

"shit!"

I run farther and farther down the dark path. I can see a light or at least a lighter area, i slow down and focus on what it could be. Catching my breath i notice it's a window, thank god it's a window.

I want to go tell ruby so badly but she wanted to stay behind.

I get to the window and it's a house. With a light on? We've been out here and seen no one drive past.

"how to be a hermit 101." i giggle and go up to the door and knock on it.

I hear nothing but the whistle of the Forest. I knock again, and hear the sudden shift of a chair. And the pounding of feet on the floor making their way to the front door. The door swings open and i jump back, it's a tall man, like a really tall man with grey hair holding a cup of water.

"hello i'm Bryan. What do you want?"

"Im... Ryan, at least out here. Do you mind telling me where i am?"

"You're in Wisconsin." he says looking tired

Oh my god AMERICA!

"AMERICA?!"

"Yep now get lost!"

"I ALREADY AM YOU GIANT HOE!" i scream out in shock

this charming little house was so mesmerizing but now i hope it burns down. He could at least tell me how far i am from civilization and what direction to go in. but no this dildo had to go straight to the yelling and the intense introverted shunning.

" What are you still doing here?" he says sighing as he goes to close the door on me.

"Wait... i stick my hand out and use my powers to flash him into a room. thank god i can move things with my mind. People and objects are at the mercy of me. I transport him behind the first door i see with no problem and move the couch to block the door, the room is small so the douche fits nice and snug when i move it.

" Hey who the fuck are you? Who the fuck do you think you are? LET ME OUT!"

i ignore him and look for a set to keys, hopefully there is a car in his garage. I search and search for a set of keys but i can't find any. i close my eyes and look for his keys, but even looking with my powers i can't find any. maybe their is a set on the car? i raid his fridge and hear him yell from the living room. i smile knowing that he's stuck and cant get out until i let him. i grab a few things that we'll need for the trip, which include the old geezers walette.

" Bye Brian!'

" Hey, let me out!"

i scoff and walk out the door slamming it so he knows i'm gone. i walk to the garage all covered in vines and moss. i pull the garage door up to reveal a blue truck all covered in mud.

" wow this guy likes to go mudding... great." i check to see if the doors are open. to my luck they are, as i climb into the driver's seat i search around for a set of keys. i look in the glove compartment and in the median between the driver and passenger seat and nothing...i pull down the mirror as a last thought and set of keys fall onto my lap! YES!
