Bud and I kept on walking until sundown...We've got a few more days to make it out...
(Alive!).I thought.But that is when it hit me...Yesterday in class we were studying
Geography...and we marked a blank map on the border of our hometown (San Diego!)
and I specially remember this tree right in front of us signifying that to leave This state
we will have to walk until there is a sign saying "You are leaving San Diego".Bud and I
we're close...but not close enough..."We have to keep going,Bud"...
We walked and walked until we were there..."WE MADE IT,BUD!....We actually made it!
But then I also realized;what will happen to my parents? I started to laugh and cry at the
same side...but I also thought:Stay positive,Al....and the race was finally over...we did it!
