"Charles Alexander Cardona, tried for treason and the attempted assassination of Lord William Huckabee, we the lycans of your kingdom ask you King Adrian Maxwell for your judgement."

The moment his presence entered the throne room I knew it was him, over 2,000 years alive, and I'm finally graced with the presence of my mate, my soul, my everything. He is hunched over and held down by two guards, even then I can make out his muscular build and sculpted back. He doesn't recognize our bond since he is so young (about 250 years at most).
