The blonde woman glanced down at her bulging stomash in dismay.
"I'm disgusting. This boy is disgusting." She grimaced, digging her nails softly against her skin.
"I'm quite aware, dear. You look absolutely repulsive. However, an abortion would've slandered us for life." The man sighed, stopping to tap the bottom of his paperwork to the wooden surface of the table and look over at his wife from the brim of his glasses.
She sighed drearily. "How long do they say we have left until this monstrosity is able to leave my body?"
He chuckled sourly, "Another 3 months, sweetheart." She grumbled, as if a laborious task was to be made of doing nothing for another 92 days. (a/n: it's April 13th/14th/15th at this point XD)
The woman settled herself onto the couch. "Oh boy, I can't wait until you leave my sight." She hissed at her large belly.
She recalled back to the time she had found out about her child-to-be. She was horrified. She'd had the whole next months planned out with her new husband, and boom. A damn kid.
Of course, having new neighbours completely unaware of their pasts, they were not planning to ruin a fresh reputation.
And that meant keeping the life inside her alive indeed, but that didn't mean they couldn't send it off. Far, if she had anything to do with it. 'It just wasn't the best life we could offer it', 'It pains me that I'll never see my child grow up, but it's worth it'; an icy chuckle rippled through her at the thought of having to feign pain and sadness at her child being whisked away.
But she couldn't care less.
