Okay so its just day 2 and I'm honestly not feeling it. Tbh I'm pretty disappoint in myself for eating when I wasn't even hungry.
I ate because I was stressed.
I ate because I was bored.
I basically eat whenever I want.
And I REALLY HATE myself for doing so. I understand its my fault for not having any self-control but I'm going to try my best starting from now.
Also I plan to came up with a new schedule for myself to follow as soon as exams finish, you guys can do it too, if you want c:
I'll probably post it up on Saturday or Sunday depending on how busy I am.
Anyway, I wrote my first exam and I stressed for nothing, it was pretty easy if I do say so myself lool and tomorrow I have an English Exammm ; A ;
I honestly hate English bc it takes me forever to come up with what I wanna write downn. Ah jeez.
Hmm what else, for breakfast I had a berry smoothie which is approximately 350 calories? Since I added milk and a spoon full of honey. For lunch I had a salad and fried rice made by my mom. I'd like to assume it's 500 calories? Maybe even 650?
And as for dinner
i haven't ate yet and I dont plan too, especially since it's pass 7:00pm and I dont really eat past 7 since our metabolism begins to slow down, so I just drink A LOT of water.
Well anyway, its time for me to begin to study again
