Welp I didn't go through with the 30 challenge I had set out for myself so lets scratch that out haha.
So yes, hello hello Elise is back yet again after disappearing for almost 4 months. Basically to let you know, my weight went up to 145 and perhaps even 148 some time during May, but after getting back on track and setting out goals I'm now 136 lbs c:
Yay!
My current routine involves
1200 cals
10,000 steps 3x a week
6,500 steps 4x a week
LOTS OF WATERI'm exactly half way there to my ugw of 120 lbs (for now)
Since August 2017 I've lost 16 lbs, I have 16 lbs to go until 120! And I'm exactly 1 pound away from gw1 which is 135! WoooAnyways with exams coming up in less than 3 days I won't update until after!
