Oof, yes.

I'm restarting, and by restarting I mean from here on now I'll attempt to actually log on and write in here for progress! 

Wow, reading back on my entries when I was 15 year old felt pretty nostalgic?

I'm now 17, turning 18 this August.

My heaviest weight was 152 lbs (68.9 kg) and that was in August 2017. My current weight as of yesterday's weigh in is 139 lbs (63.0 kg)!

I've had my ups and down from August till October. During that period I went from 152 lbs to 145 lbs and pateued for 3 whole weeks. I gots upset because I wasn't seeing any results and let myself go back up to 150 lbs.

Then as October left and November came around I decided to give myself a go at intermittent fasting and I've been having a steady weight loss ever since.

There are some weeks where I'm weighing in at the same weight for weeks upon weeks, but I eventually drop not 1 but 2 pounds.

Anyways I'll just summarise my stats down below:

Height: 162.5 cm (5'4?)

Heaviest weight: 152 lbs (68.9 kg)

Current weight: 139 lbs (63.0 kg)

Goal Weight: 110 -115 lbs (49.8 - 52.1 kg)
