The Search

I found you in the middle of nowhere
A place I don't want to be ever
But then destiny showed me the way
Hoping that you're real and okay

I looked at you in the eyes
It was full of sadness and lies
I tried to hold your hand
It was cold like the frozen land.

I saw a glimpse of smile in your lips
As  you felt the warm touch of my tips
I gave you a sweet and warm embrace
As I felt my heart rapidly race

In just a blink of an eye
I knew in that very moment we're already tied
Hearing the beat of your heart
Tells me we are not falling apart.
