Remembered Memories

I never knew this time would come,
I'm going to write a poem.
I never knew I would tell you,
The same old feelings I have for you.

It's been 10 years since you left
You told me, you'll never forget;
It was the day you give your promise
When you uttered the words and made the curse.

If our different paths would cross again,
I'd pray to God that you'd still remember me.
I'd pray to Him to let you remember all the memories we've shared.
And you'd remember the things that you've promised.

If God would let me be in your life;
I'll never waste precious time.
I'll make you remember our childhood
And do everything as long as I could.

I hope to see your face with a smile,
Even if your hundred miles away
I'll wait for the day you'll remember me
And wait 'till the day you come back to me.
