Hospital, drama, boys oh my

Violet's pov

Due to Will punching Tyler in the face and causing him to become unconscious we are all on our way to the hospital. This whole day has been a disaster and it's all my fault if I hadn't kissed Tyler he would not be unconscious and I would not be stuck in the backseat of the car with Aria who by the way is sending me death glares every five seconds. Not to mention Will hasn't talked to me since what happened at the beach.

I put all of the negative thoughts to the back of my mind as we pulled up to the hospital entrance. I've never been to a hospital before so I was surprised when they instantly grabbed Tyler and started asking question about what happened. I let Will do all the talking as the nurse walked us back to the room where they were trying to help Tyler. The nurse sat us down in a waiting room and informed us that the doctor would be out shortly to discuss what's going on with Tyler.

This is going to be a long day I thought to myself as I sat down next to Aria and Will. Surprisingly Aria has been quiet from the moment we stepped into the hospital but I guess that's because she's been texting on her phone. She quickly stood up and mumbled something about a sale going on that she had to be at kissing Will briefly before running out of the hospital. Great there goes the only thing keeping me from having an awkward conversation with Will.

"Violet listen she's not my girlfriend and I don't want to see you get hurt by messing around with Tyler." Will said finally breaking the awkward silence that had come between us. I really didn't understand why he felt the need to keep saying that. I didn't mind that he had a girlfriend it just bothered me that he didn't tell me about it.

I opened my mouth to explain that to him when he mumbled "I called dibs on you anyway." I looked over at him with an annoyed expression on my face. Did he really just say what I think he said? Will instantly turned red and looked away from me but it was too late the damage was done.

"Dibs? Is that really what you want to be talking about right now? The fact that you and Tyler decided to treat me like some sort of item and call dibs on me?" I said before adding "You can't call dibs on someone if you have a girlfriend. Besides who said anything about dating Tyler? What if I just want him as a what did you call it? Oh that's right a booty call." I know what I said hurt him but I was too hurt to care.

Before Will could respond to what I just told him a man wearing a white coat and a name tag came over to us. Doctor Funk,which was the name on his name tag, took one look at Will bruised hand before turning to me to tell me what was wrong with Tyler. I didn't know what to except but what he said surprised me.

"Due to Tyler's previous history of head trauma he is more prone to fall into coma's. The blow to the face which was caused by..." Doctor Funk paused while looking down at Will's bruised hand and then back up to his paperwork "The injury resulted in a coma but due to the fact that you guys brought him in so quickly we were able to pull him out of it. We are going to keep him over night for further testing just please try not to be so rough with him." He finished while looking at Will before shaking our hands and walking away.

Will and I walked into the room where Tyler was sleeping because of the tests they were running on him. Will started to open his mouth to say something but I stopped him. "Look the best thing for us right now is some time apart so why don't you go home and grab some clothes for all of us and we can just start off on a clean slate when you get back." I said to be honest I am so tired of fighting it is exhausting.

Will's pov

As I walked out of the hospital I felt relieved. I know I hurt Violet when I didn't tell her about Aria but to be honest I forgot about her which I know sounds terrible but I always thought that's what Aria wanted too. I guess I was too stupid and egotistic to see that see actually wanted a relationship or she at least wanted to brag about having one. As I drove home I thought about how I can fix things with Violet when suddenly I got a phone call.
