When He Asks You On A Date (Roxas)

You sat by the train station at Sunset Terrace, waiting for your train to take you home. You carefully swung your feet that dangled off the wall, until you heard the shrieking sound the the train brakes. You look up and see your train number and immediately went in. As you sat down, you sighed in relief. You had a busy day and your feet were killing you.

The trip to the Clock Station wasn't long, but it was relaxing. As the train pulled up, you got off only to run into Roxas. "Hey (Y/N)!" he said,

"Hey Roxas!" You said. "Heading up to the top?"

"Yeah, Hayner and the others are up there. Wanna come?" he asked.

"I would loved to, but maybe in a little." you said.

"Come on, just a few minutes?" he asked, begging-like. You tried to resist, but with Roxas being himself, and your closest friend, you finally gave in. "Fine. I will stay for ten minutes." you said.

"Yay!" he said, hugging you tightly.

"Roxas...can't breathe..." you said.

"Oops..." he said, letting go. "Sorry (Y/N)."

"It's okay." you said, shrugging it off. "Come on. Don't want to waste my ten minutes." you and Roxas started walking up to the top, where as Roxas had said, Hayner and the others were waiting for him. "Roxas, what took so long?" Hayner asked.

"Ran into a friend, and begged her to come up here." he said, sitting down on the edge. You took a seat beside him. "So what's new?" you asked.

"Nothing." the trio said. Then you looked at Roxas, who shrugged his shoulders. "Oh that reminds me." he said, reaching behind him. You watch him as he pulled out five Sea-Salt Ice Cream sticks. "Wow, thanks Roxas." Olette said.

"Yeah, thanks pal." Hayner and Pence said simultaneously.

Roxas Roxas gave you an ice cream stick, you bit into it. The saltiness and sweetness of the ice cream was a wonderful sensation.  When you finished your ice cream, you saw a message on the stick.   Meet me at the sandlot at 4:30 -Roxas  You looked over at Roxas who continued to eat his.  Questioned, you decided to go and get the rest of your errands done.   "Hey, I gotta go guys." You said, standing up. 

"Awwww...can you stay for a few more minutes?"  Olette asked.  "You're gonna leave me alone with the guys."

"Sorry, I have a few more things to take care of.  I'll see you guys later." you said, giggling a little. 

"Wait, (Y/N)."  Roxas called out to you.  You looked at him.  "Don't forget to check your ice cream stick.  Remember that contest?"

You looked at him confused, but remembered the message and you nodded as if you knew what he was talking about.  "I'll do that on the way.  Bye." 

You headed down and out of the station Tower, looking at your ice cream stick message.  "What could he want to see me so badly at the sandlot?" You asked in your mind.

As you finished your errands, and returned home to relax, you checked the time and saw that it was 4:15, and it would take about five minutes for you to get to the sandlot.  So, being a person who never procrastinates, you stood up and made your way to the sandlot.  

Once you arrived, you sat on the shaded bench and waited for your friend to arrive.  You plugged in your headphones and started listening to (Y/F/S) on your phone.  

A few minutes later, you felt someone tap your shoulder.  You turn your head and see none other than your blonde spiky haired best friend.  Immediately pausing your music, you asked. "So, why did you want to come out me and meet me here?"

"Well, ...uhmm...I wanted to know if you would like to...g-go on...a date s-somtime?" he stuttered nervously. 

You looked at him with widened eyes.  "A date?"

"Yeah.  it's fine, you don't have to..." he started before you cut him off.

"Sure.  I'm in."  you smiled.  "You never know, it could be fun." 

"Really?"  he asked.

"Yeah." you answered, 

"Okay, so you wanna talk about it?" he said,

"Lets go back to my place and set it up." you said.  Roxas smiled and followed you to your house as you knew that this was gonna be different from everything else.
