Hey, Angel here! I edited this, and Arianna wrote it, but if you haven't read the first one, make sure you do it! Most of this won't make much sense if you don't, so head over to Meryl's page, @MissCreatureDoll, read that, then come back :D

It's been 4 months since... Well, everything happened. Since Iris died, since Immortal killed Ashley, since they got all the team back, since Immortal joined the team. Since everything changed. At first Seamus and the group were upset and overwhelmed for days, keeping to themselves for a while. Without even a body to burry, they had nothing left of Iris. Now Seamus is going to The Creatures HQ, something he hasn't done since his love passed.

Seamus put a pistol in his waistband just in case and started heading out of the Abandoned City to the nearest teleporter, stepped inside, and clicked the destination of The Creature Headquarters. He saw the silver surroundings morph into a color shifting whirl hole and he got that aching, painful feeling that he always hated receiving during teleportation. He whirled onto a platform and walked around with dizziness. After he shook it off a little, he saw the crew and said hi to all of them, but they all looked somewhat out of sorts, or upset. Then he saw Immortal and felt pure anger.

"Hey, Seamus buddy! So it turns out that there maaayyyy have been a little heist over at the main city, so I took care of it and saved our money. And the people's money, I could neeevverrr forget about the people!" He laughed like he was amused, but Seamus wasn't. Immortal had never done a mission without the crew.

"Okay, um, what the fuck? Dude, you're supposed to do a mission with all of us, not alone. What, are you going freelance again?!" Seamus was getting angry, especially angry that Immortal was wearing the mask. "You're not even supposed to have that mask on, you know it makes you a little... different." Despite being a portion of furious, he was worried.

Immortal had been starting to wear the mask more often it seemed like. Nothing was all that wrong, except for the fact that his attitude was beyond disrespectful, not to mention perverted. Every time Immortal joined the Creatures on a mission, he would always be looking at Sapphire or Natalie, and making comments that really don't need to be repeated. Every time The Creatures have a group meeting or training and practice sessions at the Headquarters, Immortal has to swear that he'll take off the mask. It's better when he's himself. He's not as... insane.

"Hey, different is unique, right?" You could tell he was smiling behind the mask. Seamus looked over at Sly then the both of them motioned towards Immortal. They ran towards him and while Seamus held Immortal down, Sly yanked off his mask.

Immortal shook his head and tripped off of the platform, falling backwards and breathing in heavily. He looked disgruntled, and no one knew why, but then he shut his eyes to open them up quickly, calming himself down.

"Uh... Sorry. Guess I just forgot to take it off." He chuckled a little bit and got up while brushing off his clothes, trying to play it off like nothing bad happened. The rest of the group was still wondering what he did to the robber at the heist, and Immortal knew. He quickly came up with an excuse. "The guy's in jail now, just so you know. Got a bit of a beating, but he's gone for good now." An awkward silence filled the room, so Kootra spoke up.

"So, I asked you guys to come here today because, well... Tiffany's back. Danz found some footage of her at a potions store outside of the city. We don't know why she was there, or what she got, but we do know that she's planning something, and we have to figure out what it is. Is that cool with everyone?" Everyone agreed, some with hesitance and of course they all looked at Immortal, the one who dated that bitch. He nodded, arms crossed, and Jordan moved along in his conversation.

"Now, we might need a couple of other people for this mission. We might have to have the girls just investigate certain places around the city. Tiffany is the only one that hasn't come back to our side, and she's dangerous. Since Iris isn't with us anymore, we'll have Sapphire lead the girls."

He breathed out and Seamus remembered the death of her, feeling the emotions resurfacing, but trying to hide it. The thought that he didn't even get to say goodbye had been haunting him, keeping him up at night. It's best that she's gone now. She was in so much pain, and deserved the freedom, but it wouldn't stop Seamus from feeling bittersweet about the whole thing. It was hard to believe that her soft lips, her dark hair, her delicate skin, everything about her was gone. He kicked himself out of his thoughts and went back to reality.

"...Seamus, you'll take watch of the Abandoned City. She might pick up some spare parts from there for whatever she's planning. Immortal, you'll take up the Ice Castle and the Undead Woods. Sly, you can watch over Fox Hollow. Now, she could be coming after us, so try to be cautious. Got it?" After they all agreed on yes, Kootra dismissed them from the meeting.

Danz teleported back to his cave, Kootra stayed at the headquarters to study Tiffany and see what she could do, and the rest went home. Before Sly went back, Immortal picked the mask from his hands and stomped over to his teleporter. His expression was stoic but underneath he looked anxious and... almost devious. He went back to the Ice Castle and Sly went back home, leaving Seamus the last one to get in a teleporter and go back home.

Sly thought to himself as he entered his cozy house in Fox Hollow, what the fuck is up with Immortal? Ever since they took off his mask, he started to look bothered. When he took it back from Sly, it was as if he were getting a new, special gun on an assassination task. Sly didn't know what was going on with Immortal, but to say the least, they're glad that he's on The Creatures' side.

The fox walked to the mutant-sized tree he knew as home and entered the hollow part in it. He was greeted by the smells of his favorite meals laid out in the dining room and his beautiful girlfriend, Natalie, placing some plates and silverware down. He went over to her and quickly gave her a kiss as a hello, then the both of them sat down and began eating while the dog circled their legs for food.

"So, how was the meeting?" Sly looked up at Natalie from scarfing down his food, wondering whether to tell Natalie about Immortal or the newest mission first. He decided to go with the latter and discussed everything that he was gonna be doing around Fox Hollow and what Natalie would be doing. She just nodded understandingly, being a great listener as usual, one of the many traits that Sly loved about her. Once he was done, he got up and washed their dishes, then Natalie spoke back up. "Babe, something else happened. I can tell by the way you're acting." Sly set the dishes to dry and sat back down on the dining table, across Natalie.

"I don't know... It's just ever since, you know, happened a couple of months ago, Aleks has been acting pretty fucking weird. He even came to the meeting with the mask on. Seamus and I had to literally yank it off. We had to fucking restrain him. Now I don't know if it's just some sort of way of coping with Iris' passing, but it seriously has to stop." He sighed and Natalie went to the seat closest to him. She looked him in the eyes and said what ideas came to mind.

"Have you talked to him about it? He's your best friend, so I don't think he'll get angry or anything like that if you just try to speak to him." Sly looked down at the ground, worrying about Immortal and what was going on with him, hoping it wasn't gonna get worse.

Meanwhile at the Ice Castle...

Immortal walked out of the teleporter and crossed the bridge, sliding off his jacket then grinning as he placed the familiar mask over his head. He walked into the palace that's now his own and tossed his jacket on the couch. He went to the master bedroom, and saw Iris, as glowing and gorgeous as she was polishing her daggers. Her eyes had an essence of fun in them, which Immortal had started liking about her ever since they started becoming typical crime-fighters. The adrenaline that he had gotten after he started saving citizens and, most of the time, killing the bad guys was such a drug to him that he couldn't stop. Iris was now the Harley Quinn to his Joker, except Iris is tougher and stronger. She looked up at him and smiled.

"I really do enjoy crime-fighting with you, as cheesy as it sounds. I'm very glad we starting doing it together. Along with other things." She gave him a mischievous smile, and he immediately felt the urge to kiss her. He walked closer to her and started talking in the most sensual voice he could muster up, which wasn't very hard for him.

"You know, I really like doing those things with you too. Just the thought makes me want to start it now." He was eyeing her up and down, and she didn't care. Iris practically tore his mask off and kissed him, feverishly and insistently.

They fell back on the bed and when she was under him, and both their clothes had been ripped off somehow through all of the kissing, she whispered, "Good thing I'm flexible," and the night full of lust, love, and feathers everywhere continued, along with their habit of fighting and killing.
