As morning rose on earth, the trust on the base was fading right in front of the team's eyes. Sly sighed as he sat back in his seat, after a long night of helping Kootra and Danz with their system glitch. "This is so fucked up. Our system is flawless, and no one is smart enough to crack it. I'm stumped."

"Correction; it can be messed with from the inside." Kootra reminded him.

"Still, it'd have to be someone with access to the main system." Danz added. "Which is only the core members of the team. Even Aleks doesn't have access yet."

Sly pulled himself up from majorly slouching in his seat. He shook his head as he spoke. "Dude, think about what you just said. You seriously don't think any of us would fuck with the system, right?"

"Why don't you dumb fucks check the security cameras?" Immortal coldly asked from where he stood, leaning in the doorway. "Or are you too scared to?" He questioned in response to their frozen looks.

"Fine," Danz sighed. He went to his keyboard, but before his fingers could make a move, a voice stopped him.

"No," Nova stated as he roughly pushed his way past Immortal. "If there really is a rat, we'll wait and let them reveal themselves. Someone foolish enough to mess with us won't be able to keep up the smoke and mirrors very long." He crossed his arms as he looked out the window, watching the stars stay where they belong.

The others agreed with silence, but Immortal couldn't help himself from huffing like a bull as he left the room, anger in his devilish eyes. He made his rage known by slamming the door, then stomping his way to his exit.

As Immortal left, along with his unsettling presence, Seamus began to wake up only to see a beautiful, bare reminder of what had happened the night before. Iris was nestled close to him, a slight smile residing on her sleeping face.

"Morning, gorgeous. Sleep well?" She smiled as he wrapped his arms around hers, crossing them over her chest.

A sigh came from her as she turned around, edging herself over to him and climbing on top, her legs on either side of him. "Better than I have in so long."

She laid down until her petite body was across his and gently kissed him, his arms moving along to her waist. Gentle, soft kisses laid their way across her neck as she started giggling. Seamus turned himself and her over so he was on top. She laughed the whole time as their kisses began to get deeper, but Iris stopped him.

With a giggle, she spoke. "Stop! We have to check if everything's going all right with the guys. Hopefully Immortal hasn't done anything stupid as usual." She slid off the bed and walked over to her clothes drawer with a fluidity that all-the-more made Seamus want to kiss her. Iris grabbed a plain, black tanktop that defined her hips and some jeans that fit her perfectly. She walked into the bathroom swaying her hips in a sexy way.

Seamus grinned after her and got his own clothes together, fixing the bed for the both of them as he waited for Iris to get out of the bathroom. Once the bed was done and he thought that the mess they made last night wasn't visible any long, Iris got out of the restroom. Her flawless complexion carried black eyeliner that defined her ice blue eyes and a rich, dark, red color was painted onto her lips.

She smiled as she saw him, and sat down on the bed comfortably, admiring her ring as Seamus went to get ready.

"God fucking damn it!" Immortal went to his room that he rarely ever used and combed his hand through his hair with frustration. His mask wasn't on for it was at his home since the guys would get suspicious if he had it, but the anger, attitude, and fury still ran through his veins like blood. He kicked his foot on the side of his bed and threw a vase into the bathroom wall furiously.

"This is all fucking Seamus' fault... He needs to pay. Shit..." With reluctance, he breathed in and out through his mouth, shakily. He paced through his room, trying to think of a way to get one of the guys to view the footage. A knock at the door disrupted his thoughts and he opened it roughly, seeing Dan.

"Hey... You weren't anywhere else so I thought you'd be here." He stood around awkwardly while Immortal leaned his hand against the door.

"Can I help you?" Immortal walked outside of his room now, shutting the door and crossing his arms.

"I was just thinking, and, I wanna see the footage from that day when our hardware went to shit. I just don't feel comfortable having a rat in the group when they could obviously do something else bad easily." An evil grin played along the lips of Immortal as he walked towards the main room.

"C'mon, let's go check it out." Dan followed behind and went to his desk as soon as he got into the main room. He logged into his computer as Koots and Sly started looking over.

"What's going on?" Dan clicked around the computer screen as Sly and Kootra walked over to the big screen and looked as Dan pulled up the footage from that day.

"We're checking over the footage and taking initiative since one of you dumbasses could easily get hurt by this rat." Dan hit the play button, and everyone watched the computer as Immortal smiled.

Someone in a dark hood was in the panels of the main room, placing a block that was blinking red lights into it. They set a couple of numbers on it and shut the panel, looking side to side then standing up. They slid their hands in their pockets as the face of Seamus was revealed when he turned around to walk out of the room, a smile on his face. The footage ended, and all of them sat around, Immortal thanking Tiffany in his head for actually switching his face out with Seamus' and the rest of the guys looking shocked.

"Well, I guess we have our traitor figured out, now don't we?" Immortal started walking, and saw Nova from behind the exit door looking with wide eyes. Jordan followed, then the guys. The guys with grim expressions and Aleks with a hard one knocked on Seamus' door.

"Seamus, it's me, Jordan, we need to talk." Within seconds he opened the door, Iris behind him sitting on the bed, looking at them with confusion.

"Is there something up?"

Jordan sighed and pulled out a pair of handcuffs from his waistband. "I-I'm sorry Seamus, but... There was footage of you destroying our equipment, and we... We have no choice but to arrest you."

Hey guys, Arianna here. Meryl wrote some of the chapter, and I wrote the rest. Her part was great, but I'm a little rusty with writing, so I'm hoping that this chapter came together well! If you enjoyed it leave a like and maybe follow us if ya want. <3
