Broken Mirror

You pointed out every single flaw
So when I looked in the mirror
That is all I ever saw

But one day I looked up at the sky
I saw each clouds' beauty
But you waited for it to pass by

As I grew up I started not to care
I was fine with how I looked
But people began to stare

You all scorned the way I would always dress
With my messy mismatched clothes
It even caused my mom distress

Sorry I don't fit society's brand
I really don't give a crap
Why don't you seem to understand
