A lover's caress
With talons of steel
Rip me to shreds
And teach me how to feel
Demons stalk my mind
And my little angel cries
To weak to lift her sword
So she listens to his lies
Whisper sweet nothings
Of a gruesome death
Telling me to smirk
As you take your last breath
I can't banish myself
So I throw away the key
But you taunt my shadow
And won't leave my lover be
His dark and warm embrace
Takes all the light away
And gives me a mask
So in his hold I stay
