Ze's P.O.V.
It had been a few days since the incident with Chilled and we hadn't talked much since. His family went on vacation while he was on break and we didn't text as much as we usually did. I began to miss him even though I still had Minx, Ritz, and Krism to hang out with, it just wasn't the same without him. Since he wasn't texting me I began to worry that he wouldn't want to hang out with me because of what happened. I tried to get that off my mind and focus on what I was doing. Minx was still a little under the weather so I was helping Ritz with getting some soup and went to her dorm to help her. When I got there Krism was taking care of her.
"Oh hey Krism, I brought some soup for Minx." I unpacked the soup and prepared to leave.
"Thanks Ze!" I waved goodbye and headed back to my dorm. When I got back to my dorm it must have been obvious that I felt a little down to Ritz because he tried to be subtle about it and find out what was wrong.
"So, have you been talking to Chilled lately?" Man, was it that obvious that I was worried about Chilled? I decided I needed to play it cool.
"We haven't talked a whole lot, he's probably busy with stuff." The look on his face told me he didn't exactly believe me.
"Really? He's been texting Minx a lot to check in on how she's doing." Shit! I thought I had gotten out of the situation.
"W-Well, I don't know, I'm sure he has his reasons." When did Ritz get so smart and investigative.
"Did something happen between you two?" Dammit, it's like he knew what exactly happened.
"What? No, nothing happened between us."
"Ze, I've lived with you for a few weeks and I'm starting to be able to tell when you lie, and buddy, you are totally lying right now."
"Ugh, fine! Something happened and it was awkward and Chilled hasn't really talked to me much since tgen. You happy now?" I was annoyed at Ritz, but was kinda glad to get it off my chest.
"I think if you talk to him in person you two will be able to get over it." He smiled and began to get ready to go to sleep.
"Thanks a lot Ritz." It was nice to talk to someone even if they didn't know the whole story. I headed to bed because I had to rest for talking to Chilled tommorow morning at school.
