Charlottes PoV

It's being three months now since I have giving Derek a chance at being the mate he should of being in the beginning, I can honestly say that he is there whenever I need him. I've being thinking about moving in with him as we have come along way together, we still hadn't mated nor had he tried anything if anything his being a true gentleman I know it must be hard on him to control his wolf but he knows he needs to make it up to me but lets just say he has done just that.

Today were going to the beach with Clara and Chase, Leo couldn't come due to dealing with pack business. I'm still not talking to my father I guess you could say I'm a stubborn bitch but until he apologised to Derek as well i don't think I will ever talk to him as I know my father will never apologise to him.

"Hey princess you ready to go" Derek says coming out of the house with Chase in his arms.

"Hey there little man how's my favourite little man, where's your mummy"  I say talking to Chase and nodding my head at Derek

"Mama,dada" Chase says pointing inside just as Clara comes out with Chases's changing bag

"About time what was you doing jumping the poor guy"  I ask my sister who blushes bright red yeah still shy in ways

"Shut up char, just get in the car and pass my baby boy here" I pass Chase over to her before getting in the car, she puts Chase in his car seat then gets in the back with him.

The ride to the beach wasn't long as it's just outside Leo's territory due to been on human territory, got to say since I've being staying with Clara we are more close and open with each other we actually have fun like sisters should.

Pulling up we get out the car an make our way to the beach, we brought some beach toys for Chase to sit and play with. We sit in the middle of the beach just laying in the sun talking and joking about when we was younger how Cody would also be mean to myself and the time I put itching powder in his bed making him itch for days to funny.

"Hey char can you watch little man while I go for a swim please"

"Sure we will"  I say making Clara go for a swim in the sea she always did love swimming even in the pool at my mothers home.

I see Derek pull out something from his pocket before turning to look at me where I see a ring box in his hand, he opens it showing a beautiful gold right with three small diamonds. 

"Charlotte, I know it's only being a few months but I got you this promise ring, it's a promise from me to you, I promise that everyday I will make it up for my mistakes, I promise to be there even when you don't need me, I promise that everyday I will make life worth living with myself, I promise to love you protect you keep you safe, I promise one day I will make you my wife the mother to our children, I promise that we are always and forever Charlotte I love you please say yes and come home with me" I honestly didn't know what to say after all he as made it up to every day and I was falling in love with him even if I didn't tell him that.

"Yes" was all I said as I throw my arms around his neck.

"Chase no don't eat the sand" I say pulling away from Derek and going to pick Chase up making look at me with his puppy eyes he gets from his mother a laugh at him before shaking my head.

The rest of the day went by nicely we played with Chase building sandcastle sand running around, it was nice to just enjoy myself and have fun Derek was great with Chase just watching them play, I knew he would be a great father to his no our children one day.
