I woke up naturally, reaching for my phone to check the time. I squinted at the screen as it blinded me, quickly going into settings and dimming the brightness.
I nodded to myself, going back into the main screen and finding out the time: six am. Six in the freaking morning. You've got to be kidding me, right?
I sighed, knowing there was no way I was going to get back to sleep, and got out of bed, heading straight into the bathroom and turning on the shower, glad that I moved all of my toiletries in here beforehand.
Picking up my phone again, I went into my music folders, and went into my showering playlist. I honestly have playlists for everything, cooking, cleaning, sleeping, walking, running, heart to hearts, being home alone, you name it, I have a playlist.
I smiled as Nine In The Afternoon by Panic! At The Disco started playing, getting out of my pjs and hopping into the hot shower, singing along as I washed my hair.
"CAUSE ITS NINE IN THE AFTERNOOOON, AND YOUR EYES ARE THE SIZE OF THE MOOOOOON," I screeched, reaching for a razor and soap.
Call me what you want, but I detested body hair. Unless it was on a guy. That's actually pretty attractive, like Louis Tomlinson's cute little stubbly chin. Imagine Ashton with morning fuzz, wow.
I stepped out of the shower, having finished shaving, and noticed the song change. It was one of Taylor Swift's new ones, from Red. I'm not going to lie, I'm the worlds biggest closet Taylor Swift fan. If anyone asked, I'll say that I hated her, but liked her music. Which is actually kinda true, I suppose, minus the hating her bit. I'd never actually met her, so I couldn't say that I hate her, I'm not that kind of person.
"You said it in a simple way, 4 AM, the second day, how strange that I don't know you at all. Stumbled through the long goodbye, one last kiss, then catch your flight, right when I was just about to fall," I sang with Taylor, stepping into my room and going through my drawers to find some shorts. I found a pair, and threw them on my bed.
I then grabbed my underwear, matching with little bows of course, putting them on, and then my shorts on top. I then went looking for a vest to go with it, finding the perfect one.
"The delicate beginning rush, the feeling you can know so much, without knowing anything at all," I sang, putting the top and grabbing my earphones and plugging them in, heading into the kitchen, still singing softly to myself.
"Taxi cabs and busy streets that never bring you back to me, I can't help but wish you took me with you," I opened the fridge, frowning as I realised I had no food in. I'll have to get the boys to come grocery shopping with me today. Instead, I settled for a glass of water, humming along to the chorus as I rose the cup to my lips.
"This is falling in love in the cruelest way, this is falling for you and you are worlds away. New York, be here, but you're in London, and I break down 'cause it's not fair that you're not around," I belted out after swallowing, putting the glass in the sink, trying to think of something else to do.
"This is when the feeling sinks in, I don't wanna miss you like this. Come back, be here, come back, be here," another voice sung, and I froze.
"I guess you're in New York today, and I don't wanna need you this way. Come back, be here, come back, be here," another, more familiar voice chimed in.
I turned around, finding Ashton, Luke, Calum and Mikey all stood in my doorway. Well, that's awkward.
"How much of that did you hear?" I asked, pulling my headphones out and placing them on the counter-top. I raised an eyebrow at their smirking faces, and their smirks only grew.
"All of it," they said in time, and I groaned.
"Perfect," I muttered, rolling my eyes. "Anyway, uh, I need to go shopping, get food and stuff, fancy showing me to like a Tescos or something?" I asked, leaning against the side, trying to change the subject.
"I volunteer!" Ashton shouted, stepping forwards and looping our arms. I smiled at him warmly, and he shot me one of those perfect Australian smiles. "There's one just around the corner from here, if I take you, you'll remember it better."
I nodded, grabbing my bag that I'd sorted earlier and threw that over my shoulder. "Feel free to stay here, guys, you sort out a movie and I'll grab some snacks, okay?"
Calum, Luke, and Michael all nodded, already settled on the sofa and sorting through the DVDs I'd left on the table last night.
"The Moulin Rouge!" Calum screamed, and Ashton quickly grabbed my arm, yanking me out of my apartment and closing the door.
"That's going to end badly," he whispered in my ear, and I could only nod. "Come on, let's go shopping."
