The First Date

The next morning I woke up in my bed not sure if last night had actually happened or not. I grabbed my phone of my night stand and sure enough as I unlocked my iPhone Niall's number was right where I left it. I started to wake up fully and decided to text him.
'Hi. I don't know if you remember me but its Sarah from last night.' When I hit send it seemed like forever until my phone went off again. It was a text from Niall. 'Hey beautiful how could I forget you. I was wondering if we could hang out today.' As I read the text about a billion times over I finally realized Niall James Horan wanted to hang out with me. 'Yes of course where and when?' I quickly typed into my phone. 'My hotel at 1.' He replied. I looked at my clock and realized that already 11:30. I jumped off my bed and got in the shower. When I got out I put fresh eyeliner and mascara. I found my old purple long sleeved shirt and my ripped jeans. I put on a pair of boots and told my mom I would be back later. When I got in my car at 12:45 I pulled out my phone for the address of the boys hotel. Niall had told me to meet him at the back of the hotel since reporters were camped out front.

As I walked up to Niall's room I started to get nervous realizing what I was doing. I was going into a random guys hotel room the day after I met him. When I reached the door I started to have second thoughts. Just then the door swung open and Niall was standing there with a big smile on his face waiting to pull me in for a hug.
As he pulled me in I could feel his hands fall to me hips. He leaned down and gave me a kiss.
"So what's up?", he asked as we walked over to the couch.
"Nothing much". I said as I pulled my sleeves lower on my wrist.
"So I thought today if you don't mind we could watch movies". He said looking at me.
"Yeah sure! What did you have in mind?" I asked looking around for movies.
"I was thinking Pitch Perfect, and then 21 Jump Street". He said pulling them off the table next to the couch.
"Yes! Those are my favorite movies in the world!" I said as Niall got up to put the movies in. As we watched the movies Niall pulled me close to snuggle with him. When we finished both movies he pulled out his guitar. He started to play I Would.
"Do you know how to play?" He asked me.
"No I want to though". I said. Niall started to smile and then pull'd me onto his lap.
"Then I'm going to teach you!" He said with a big smile. As he sat there with me trying to get me to play simple cords my sleeve started to roll up.
"What happened?" He said looking at the small cut.
"Oh nothing when I was playing with my dog on Tuesday things got wild and he jumped on me." I said quickly pulling my sleeve down. As the day went on Liam called Niall and asked if we wanted to go out to dinner.

As Niall, the rest of the boys, and I walked down the steps at the back of their building we heard screaming from the front. The boys and I all started to rush towards their car. We all decided to go out for pizza. As we pulled up to the restaurant the boys walked ahead of me and Niall. Niall was holding my small hand in his huge hand. As we walked in we were quickly seated in a private room. As we all sat down to order all the boys kept giving me weird looks.
"What do I have something on my face?" I asked.
"No. It's just we have never met a fan who hasn't screamed in our faces." Zayn said.
"Oh, I could start screaming if you want." I said.
"No that's fine we are all just surprised." Harry said. Once we all ordered the boys started to ask me a bunch of questions.
"Play any sports?" Louis asked.
"I play volleyball, and I used do ballet." I said.
"Do you sing or play and instruments?" Asked Liam.
"I sing in the school choir, and I do all the school's musicals." I said.
"Do you have any pets?" Asked Zayn.
"Yes I have a dog named Harry,and a turtle named Patrick." I said.
"Hey that's my name!" Harry yelled from the end of the table. The boys started to laugh at that.
"Do you have any brothers or sisters?" Asked Harry.
"I have a sister named Jackie, a brother named Parker, and a niece named Elizabeth." I said.
"Guys lets cool it with the questions ok." Niall said reaching for my hand.
"It's ok I don't mind." I said smiling at him. Just then our food came in.

After Dinner we all went back to the hotel. It was just 15 minuets before my curfew.
"Wow I really lost track of time! I have to be home in 15." I said as I started to look for my keys in my bag.
"Do you really have to go?" Niall asked.
"Yeah. Will you walk me to my car?" I asked him.
"Yeah sure where did you park?" He asked grabbing my hand again.
"One row over." I said as we started to walk towards my old rusty car. Once we were at my car Niall pulled me close. We started to kiss right there in the parking lot. Just then we heard the boys yelling.
"Ew! Would you two get a room?!"They all yelled at us. I could feel my cheeks start to blush.
"I guess I should get going." I said giving Niall one last kiss. As I drove away I saw Niall pull out his phone. When I pulled out of the parking lot my phone started to ring it was Niall calling me.
"Hey." Niall said as I picked up.
"Hey what's up?" I asked.
"Did your dog really scratch you the other day?" He asked sounding concerned. He knew. How did he know? How was he able to see through my stupid lie?
"Um uh....." I said trying to find the words.
"Sarah please tell me the truth I won't judge you." He said with concern in his voice.
"Yes. Niall my dog did scratch me." I said trying to sound like I wasn't lying.
"Well ok. I should let you go. Text me when you get home ok?" He said.
"Yeah. Sure." I said as we hung up. When I put my phone down my car suddenly seemed to small and to warm. I started to roll down my window and roll up my sleeves. As I looked down at my wrist I started to cry. There in front of me was the truth.
