Part 13: Merry Christmas Babe

He moved to the right and I saw what I had been waiting for 3 years..... My DAD!! I was in shock, I couldn't move my entire body. He was dressed in his army uniform.

His head was completely bald and his bright blue eyes shined bright. I started to cry! The tears were happy, heavy tears. I ran as fast I could and jumped. He caught me in his strong arms. I cried and held on as tight as possible. Matt was standing there holding the dog.

He was video taping and taking tons of pictures. "Dad I missed you!" I said loudly, I squeezed his neck tighter. "I missed you too Lex," He said slowly putting me down. I wiped my eyes and let out a happy sigh. My dad walked over to Matt and shook his hand. "Thank you Matthew, I'm really happy that you make my daughter so happy." My dad said. I them looked really nervous and said "so can I have an ok do date your daughter?" His voice was shaky. My dad stepped towards him and nodded. I shook from excitement. My dad knew what I wanted to do, so he took our puppy and stepped out of the way of Matt. I ran towards him and jumped with all the force of the world. I might have almost knocked him over, but oh well. He wrapped his warm arms around me tight. It felt like nothing I have ever felt before. It felt passionate, like we were the only people on the earth. I slowly let go of his neck. My dad laughed, I turned towards him and said "Let's go home." He smiled and handed me the dog.

"Mom I'm home!" I screamed as I walked in the door. My mom already knew about dad so she didn't like burst into tears. Matt was behind me carrying all the dog stuff. And my dad was walking proudly and tall on my left side. Mom came down the stairs and kissed dad. "Have you decided what to name your dog honey?" Mom asked. I shook my head no. She looked up at me with her little, pink tongue hanging out. It was quiet as we all thought of what to name her. "Sky, I want to name her Sky." Matt said all of a sudden. I turned towards him. I looked down at her and smiled. "Hi Sky." I said in a soft voice. Matt got the message and he was happy.

My mom & dad went on a date which left me and Matt on Christmas Day. I turned on the tv and cuddled really close to him. Sky was asleep in her purple doggy bed upstairs. "I Love you so much Alexa Woods." He said gazing into my blue eyes. I starred straight into his deep brown eyes and went in for a kiss. He carefully cupped my face as we kissed. I climbed onto is lap and still continued to kiss him gently. He placed his hands on my waist and stopped kissing me. His forehead was now pressed against mine. "Alexa. Can't lie to you anymore. You mean too much and deserve more." I gazed into his eyes.... They were sad and disappointed. I was getting really nervous my stomach was turning. I started to have a panic attack feeling like I did when I was 12. All of a sudden his had a hint of smile at his face. "I'm taking you to the Ariana Grande Honeymoon Tour!" He yelled while holding up the VIP tickets with the meet and greet. I screamed and cried. Somehow my arms wrapped around his neck.
