.... We just stood there in the dark wondering what should we do!?, we started walking up a thin, old, muddy path luckily I brought a torch but obviously Sarah didn't because she's ever so forgetful we got to the end of the path, finally we were on grass. It started to rain badly " Oh, no could this get any worse!" I protested I shone the torch and we could see a little old worn out cottage. This wasn't what we expected but at least we had shelter and we had sweets to eat over night?! so things weren't to bad. We opened the cottage door " Oh, I don't think this is a good idea lizzie" said Sarah she said it very scared. We walked in quietly and we sat down we wrapped our arms around ourselves and moaned, We heard the door open with a creak we turned our heads to the door. Then we saw a lady standing there I rubbed my eyes, but she was real alright, " Are you lost and drenched in this terrible weather?!" I ran up to her and said " Thank you, for coming to help us we have been sat here for age's really cold and wet !" I replied but I looked carefully then I noticed it was the lady that we saw just down the hill, she gave us sweets, "Um excuse me miss but do you live just down this road, on north side?" I asked her. " Yes, I am " she replied. We told her where we lived, and she walked us back home. I looked back at the cottage and I saw a little girl waving back at me, I waved back she must of been a ghost.......
