Chapter 6:

Maggie's POV:

"I fucking hate you!!! Why would you do that to me?", I screamed at Nash. "I did-" "Get out!!", I cut him off. "I'm sorry babe. It just happened! I'm sor-" "Sorry's not going to cut it! And you could give this to Mahogany!!! Get out!!!", I cut him off again taking off my wedding ring.. He made his way out of our house and I slammed the door. 😠

(PS: I have nothing against Mahogany... I just put that in the story for "drama" ig you could say 😂😂 Anyway... Keep reading 😏)

"Mommy, where's daddy?", my son asked. "He left sweety. He'll be back soon...", I replied with tears in my eyes.

**3 weeks later**

Nash and I haven't talked since he cheated. Jason keeps asking where he is and the answer is.... I don't know.

"Breaking news. There was a severe car crash at 5:00 this afternoon. The driver is presumed dead.", the news reporter said. I looked over at the TV and fell to my knees. That was Nash's car.... He's dead. 😦😔

"Mommy, is that daddy on tv!", my son said. "Yes honey..." I fell silent.

How am I going to tell my child that their father is dead?? 😿

I woke up sweaty and in fear. What if that would really happen... 😦😖

When I looked beside me, Nash wasn't there. All of sudden, the fire alarm went off. I ran downstairs to a shirtless Nash; swatting at the fire alarm to get the smoke away. "Looks like someone is having trouble.", I said laughing.

I went over to the window and slightly opened it, so the smoke alarm would shut off. Nash came up behind me and wrapped his arms around me waist. "Hello love!", he said kissing my neck. "Hey babe! What were you trying to make?", I replied laughing.

He turned me around and kissed my lips. "Breakfast for yours truly and my beloved girlfriend!" "Your so cute", I said kissing him again. "I know!", he chuckled.

"What are going to do today?", I asked. "I think I'm going out with Cam and Matt for lunch. What about you?", he replied. "I'm going to the mall with Lexi and Arie. You guys can join after lunch if you want." "Sure!! I'll tell the guys." "Ok, I'll tell the girls", I laughed.

I took a quick shower and started to get ready. I was listening to Pandora and one of my favorite songs came on, Empty Chairs At Empty Tables cover by Nick Jonas.

I was interrupted by Nash walking into the bathroom and wrapping his arms around me. "There's that beautiful voice I love.", he whispered in my ear. "Aww thanks, but I can't sing." "Oh really! Then what was that you just did? I know that your favorite song... Well one of them.", he chuckled. "Yea but... I don't know. I sound like a dying donkey when I sing.", I looked at my feet. He lifted my chin with his index finger and stared into my eyes. "I've never heard a voice more angelic than yours.", he said then kissed me passionately. 😍 "Thank you!!"

I walked out of the bathroom and Nash slapped my ass. I ran to my room and locked the door so I could get dressed.

I decided on black, high waisted pants and a red and black flannel with the red vans Nash gave me for my birthday 2 years ago. For my hair, I put it into a sloppy bun and I was ready. I put on some deodorant and body spray and I was ready.
