Rose's POV

When we reach the venue, Tony, who, along with Vic, woke up about half an hour ago, jumps out of the bus the second it's parked. I smile at his actions and watch as he cheers, looking around the venue curiously. I don't see any bands I like in the rows of buses, probably since some don't have the name on my side, except for Asking Alexandria. Their bus looks pretty cool.

"Come on!" Tony shouts, and I grab my phone off the table and race after him. Matt jogs up behind him, saying something about the bands that are going to be late. Jaime follows closely behind me, and suddenly grabs me by my waist and picks me up, throwing me over his shoulder. I groan, not happy that I'm upside down. "Jaime!" I whine, playfully smacking his arm. He still doesn't put me down, so I just let him carry me. I have to crane my neck to be able to see anything other than his back, though.

We decided to walk to an Oceanside cafe on the way here, which was Mike's idea. I guess it's about half an hour away, but since it's so nice out, we thought it would be fun to walk. I don't mind Jaime carrying me; just means I don't have to walk as much. I don't tell him that, though.

After a few minutes of walking, while the boys talked about random things and I looked at the scenery, Jaime set me down. "You were enjoying that, weren't you?" He teases, and I shrug innocently and start walking. Mike's up ahead a little ways, so I catch up to him.

"Hey!"

He looks at me, smiling. "Hey. Haven't seen you in forever!" He jokes, and I stick out my tongue.

"So, how are you today?" I ask happily, kicking every pebble I come close to.

"Good. You feeling better?" He asks, and I nod.

"I guess I just realized that, well, there's this quote that suddenly seemed to fit my life perfectly. 'You say you want to die, but in reality you just want to be saved' or something like that. Well, that's how I felt. I just wanted to be saved, I guess. Jaime- he was at the right place at the right time." I tell him, and he follows along and nods to show he understands.

"I'm glad you came back. When you left, we were all on the verge of beating Jaime up, I swear. I punched him in the side of his face before turtle pulled me back. I couldn't let him get away with treating you like that," Mike tells me, and I smile a little. So they care about me just as much as Jaime does. Well, maybe not AS much, but pretty close. I'm glad I have them as friends, although I'm not particularly happy about him punching Jaime. It must not have been very hard, though, since I didn't see a mark.

"You guys are like a family to me," I suddenly blurt out, surprising even myself. I don't want to make it seem like I'm pushing things to fast. Mike just gives me a giant grin, though, and pulls me in for a hug.

"You're like a little sister who we have to protect and keep safe from boys," Mike jokes, and I relax, knowing they feel the same way. "Except for Hime-Time. He's been approved."

"Good," I tell him proudly, then turn around and stop, waiting for the rest of the group to catch up. "Hurry up!" Mike calls out to them, and Tony jogs to catch up. Matt, Jaime, and Vic continue walking slowly, ignoring us.

"Hey, I was just about to give our little girl the talk," Mike laughs, and I punch his shoulder lightly.

"One: I am NOT a little girl, and two: no, just no," I say, crossing my arms as we turn back around and start walking again. The guys just laugh at me. Rude!
