Amanda's Pov
I awoke with Anne’s arm draped across me and Sam beside me sitting up.
“Morning!” I said yawning. Sam looked up and smiled.
“Hey!” she replied. I decided to be productive and got dressed in a pair of black shorts and crop top. I looked around the room for Isabelle and found she wasn’t there. I wandered out into the living room to find Eddie and Aaron.
“We the first ones up?” I asked.
“I guess so? Wow! Amanda I am surprised your usually the last one! I mean normally…” Aaron said drinking coffee.
“Where is Issy?” I asked turning my attention away from my victory of not sleeping in.
“Oh she is with Daniel they are watching a movie in our room. It is a pretty cute sight…” Eddie added handing me a cup. His fingers lingered on mine for a minute and our eyes met. Awkward! Aaron looked at us and snickered.
“Oh you love birds! Just admit your still crazy about each other?!”
“Aaron! No!” I yelled. “What’s the plan for today?” I asked changing the subject once again from me and Eddie. “Well Eddie and I have some business to attend to so that’s that!” Aaron said defiantly.
“Awe! Aaron! Why can’t Amanda come?!” Eddie asked confused. I crossed my arms and nodded.
“But Eddie! It was supposed to be just us and the guys!” Aaron whispered madly.
“The guys! Are the barricade boys in town?!”
“Just George, Alistair, and Fra!” Eddie said excitedly.
“Man! Eddie! Now you ruined it!” Aaron whined.
“No I didn’t! Amanda can come if she wants! They like her! Unlike you apparently!”
“I love Amanda! Come here kitty cat!” Aaron ran over to me to reassure Eddie and I he liked me. He pulled my waist close and I fit right under his chin. He hugged me tight and kissed my head.
“Awe! Aaron I love you too buddy! But I actually can’t go! Sam and I are taking Daniel and Isabelle out and around the city! Meet up for lunch?” I asked getting orange juice out. The boys nodded and Aaron went back to his coffee to cream ratio argument with Eddie. I ignored them till Eddie asked, “Hey Manda? What are Anne, Russell, and Hugh doing today?”
“Oh Anne, and Hugh have interviews for the awards!”
“Wait, don’t we?” he replied puzzled. My eyes grew even bigger than they already are.
“Oh my god! We do!!!!” I said panicking.
“Shhh! Calm down!” Aaron said placing a hand on my shoulders. I ran to my phone and called my publicist about where and what time. Next I went to my room to get ready. Anne was now up and doing her hair and Sam was texting.
“Whoa! Amanda! Why the hurray?!” Sam asked.
“I just found out Eddie and I have an interview today!”
“Oh yeah! I think we all have one together and then you and Eddie have one right?” Anne asked while applying eye shadow. I nodded. I looked through my dresser and pulled a pair of black shorts and a pink sweater and grey tank top. I left my hair down and long and curly. I did a quick touch of makeup before heading out to the living room again. This time Aaron was being put to work cooking with Russell. Hugh was still primping and Eddie was with Daniel and Isabelle. I sauntered into the den to see what those three were up to.
“Hey sweet things!” I said plopping down next to Daniel. They were both not dressed and looking very tired as they watched T.V.
“Hey… I heard you and Eddie had an interview today?”
“Yes! I am so sorry guys! I promised I would take you around L.A! But I think Sam and Aaron are going to take you and then we will all meet up for a late lunch! I will make it up to you and tonight we can do something fun!” I said smiling. The two kids nodded and I turned to Eddie.
“Are you ready? We are leaving soon I think.”
“Yeah! You?”
“I know the drill.”
“Well you two know they are bond to ask if your dating. I mean romantic leads in a movie? There has got to be some chemistry! Oh wait! There is!” Daniel mocked. I laughed and shake my head.
“No Dan!” Eddie replied.
“Ok well we better go! I think breakfast is almost ready you two!” I said tapping Daniel’s knee. I ruffled his hair and kissed Isabelle on the forehead before grabbing Eddie and running out. I saw Anne and Hugh already by the door. I grabbed some fruit for us to eat for breakfast and a bagel. I ran up to Russell and thanked him for making food and Aaron, whispering in his ear, “Now don’t make out with Sam! You’re going to be babysitting today!” Aaron rolled his eyes and pushed me out the door.
