Chapter 14: London Calling

Amanda's POV

eddie and I awkwardly stood in the open doorway.

“Are you mad?”

“Am I mad?!! EDDIE I GET IN A CAR ACCIDENT AND YOU BRING THIS SKANK WHO YOU'RE PROBABLY CHEATING ON ME WITH ALL THE WAY TO LONDON? I'm furious!” she yelled.

“Hey don't talk to amanda like that! She is only my friend and co-star. I love you ok. I just brought her to help me in case I needed support and to help you as well.”

hannah glared past eddie and at me. I smiled weakly and turned, “Maybe I should go?...”

“That sounds like a great idea.” hannah said with her sassy smug british accent.

*Disclaimer: I am in no way trying to dis hannah in real life at all and I am sure she is a lovely person*

“Don't be that way come on. I love you and amanda is only trying to be a good friend. Let her stay.”

“No really eddie I don't mind. I feel like you two should have some time along.” I said quietly walking out of the hospital room. I walked down the long corridor and into the waiting room. I pulled out my phone and saw It was finally morning back in LA. I texted sam about what was going on.

'Oh my god. I pretty sure hannah hates me.'

'How could she hate such a beautiful lovely person?' I smiled and realized how much I missed sam and the comfort of my own home.

'Well for the reasons you just listed. She started out by accousing eddie of cheating on her with me.'

'Well she does have some credit there. I mean you guys did kiss...'

'Yes but we realized how wrong it was and decided to just be friends!'

'Oh honey I know she will come around. Just for now give her space and just be there for eddie. How is the trip going other then that by the way?' she texted.

'Good! We sat next to a super hot guy on the flight. After this eddie said he would take me to explor london again and then were going out to dinner with Fra and Alistair! Oh and eddie's apartment smells amazing!!'

'Well aren't you a joly girl?! You're so lucky you get to see them! Tell them hi for me. By the way tonight could be your night to finally hook up with Alistair. I know how muched you liked each other! ;)' I rolled my eyes at that and typed back annoyed.

'NO! Have a good day and pet finn lots for me!' I replied. I shut off my phone and sat looking around the hospital. Finally eddie walked out of hannah's room, talking to a nurse. The nurse walked off and he found me and started smiling.

“At long last. Ready to go?”

“Yep!” I picked up my coat and walked out.

“So? If you don't mind me asking... how was the rest of your visit. Does she want to kill me?” eddie laughed and shook his head.

“No No! Nothing like that! She was just shocked, confused and a little mad but now she wants to get to know you better and wanted me to tell you she is sorry. And I am sorry to. I should of gone in and let her know I brought you. But that is done with. Now I get to play tour guide and take you out and about our fine city!”

“Yay!” I squealed. We linked arms as we walked back to the car.

As eddie drove towards the more downtown district I texted alistiar to make a plan.

“Aly wants to meet with Fra at 7:30 at some pub place down here. Sound good?”

“Sure! I can't wait to see them!” eddie replied, as he drummed his fingers on the wheel.

“Me too!” I grinned and texted back yes.

Eddie at last parked the car and we got out. It wasn't to chilly and luckily I had packed a rather warm felt back coat. We spent the day shopping, going to the Tate art museam, exploring harrids, museams, and eating fish and chips.

“Wow this is the most touristy I have felt sense well sense we were filming and I took you and aaron around.”

“I remember that like it was yesterday! I miss that.... and we went and saw les mis at the west end....”

“Did you know Fra is playing in it right now. Playing Marius!” eddie said. I nodded and grinned. “Does that intiminate you? Marius vs. Marius!” eddie laughed and put an arm around me and pulled me into his chest so I was warm.

“As long as I win the beautiful Cosette Seyfried!” I giggled and unraveled myself from eddie's hold.

We got to the restraint at 7:40 because we got lost and also had taken to long to get ready to show off to our old friends. The restraint was crowded and we found alistair and fra sitting in the back corner. I ran as fast as I could toward them and hugged them both at once barrying my face in their shirts.

“Oh my god I can't believe you are standing in front of me right now!” aly said drawing back.

“Seriously and more handsome than every are you two!” I replied. I smiled as eddie came over to hug them both as well.

Soon we were all settled down and drinking glasses of wine like we were just old friends catching up. Which we were. I told them about all my film work and eddie talked about the theory of everything. Alistair told us what it was like to be onstage againa and we tried to convince him to come do broadway when this marius's run was over. Fra told us a little bit about his new girlfriend and his simple life a little outside london creating music with her.

Eddie explained the car accident and why we were here and I told them all about all the news and how everyone was back at my house in LA right now.

As eddie got up and left to go to the bathroom they both leaned in close.

“So have you and eddie?”

“Have we what?”

“You know! Your mind is far more dirty then ours. Have you two hooked up yet?” aly asked. I slapped his hand and shook my head.

“NO! His girlfriend was in a fucking accident and that's what you ask.”

“Well we all had bets while we were filming on how long it would be till you banged eachother. Just wanted to know who was winning.”

“And what were your bets?”

“Mine was a week.” Fra replied. I turned to aly. He looked at me sheepishly. “Mine was two days...”

“Wow, you honestly thought I would just throw myselft at him. Well no we haven't and we don't plan to!”

“But I know you love each other! He took you to fucking london for crying out loud.”

“So? I know how it looks and seems. But he took me here to have a friend around to get him through this and we love each other like siblings and nothing more. That was my answer two years ago to!” they both shrugged and eddie returned.

We finished dessert and our wine and then said goodbye and goodnight. I did have to admit sam was right and aly was cuter then ever. The two of us did make plans to hang out tomorrow or whenever eddie left me to be with hannah and I wanted company.

We sat in silence on the way home from dinner back to his flat.

“Well I forgot how much fun those two were!”

“I know! We defonitly should try and see aly in les mis while were here.”

“Yeah. Definitely.” we didn't say anything else. We got home and put our leftovers in the fridge. I made us both some tea and we sat on the couch drinking it and listening to some chill soft music by the fire. It was romantic I wont lie. It really was. I was growing more and more tired but I didn't want to leave this cozy setting and break it apart. I turned so I was laying up against eddie's chest and my head was rising and falling with every breath. Soon I think we both fell asleep in eachother's arms.
