Chapter 2: Training

A/N: Well I hope you guys liked the first parts! FYI from here on out I will be referring to Seri as Katie unless stated otherwise just so there's no confusion. Disclaimer: I don't own Supernoobs or Krypton!

(Katie's POV)

I woke up almost at the crack of dawn the next morning,  not that I got any sleep the night before with the adrenaline and excitement coursing through me. I quickly dressed in black skinny jeans, black boots that came up to my knee, and my black leather jumpsuit top that zipped up in the front. I also put on my favorite black finger-less gloves and my favorite black headband to keep my hair back.

Once I was ready I walked out of my room (just a bedroom, bathroom, and small closet) I headed down to the training room at the end of the hall. While I was walking I couldn't help but think about a couple of things. The biggest of all of them was why didn't I have a roommate and why did I have my own bathroom when I saw communal ones just a couple doors down. I decided to shake those thoughts off, I mean it could just be one big coincidence, right? When I walked into the training room I found out the reason and it sure as hell wasn't a coincidence.

Every single recruit in that room was male! Like literally there were NO girls! Not a one! And when I walked reluctantly into the room, they all glared at me.

A big maroon colored alien with dark red strips up his arms and neck approached me and said " Well look what we have here boys! Who's girl is this, I mean seriously she ain't mine but she can be if she wants to be." He put his arm around my waist and pulled me close. I immediately pushed him off and glared at him. "Look bub, I don't know who the hell you think you are but let me tell you something, I am not anyone in here's girl and I sure as fuck ain't gonna be yours! Also I'm here because I'm in this class and..." " Wait wait wait. You mean to tell me that you're in this class but you're a girl!" I looked at him with hate written all over my face and all but spat out "And your a guy so what?! I earned this just as much as you did and I don't give a damn what gender I am!"

He was about to say something else when someone behind me yelled "ALRIGHT BREAK IT UP!!" It was Sergeant Blorg. " Rovu get back in the line up unless you want latrine duty!" "YES SIR!" Rovu yelled and hurried back to join the others. Then the sergeant looked directly at me and said "You, what's your name and why are you here?" I instantly stood at attention and yelled "KATIE PRI SIR! I AM HERE TO BE A VIRUS WARRIOR SIR!" He looked me over and said "Well little lady the beginners class is on the next floor. I'm sure one of these fine gentlemen would be happy to escort you." Seriously what is with all these sexist guys doubting me. " With all due respect sir, General Blorgon put me in this class personally and if you have a problem with that you can take it up with him." There were a couple of oos in the crowd and I smirked looking at Blorg's face in total shock. Finally he said "Well if you are to be a part of this class I will need to see what you can do."" What do I need to do?" He grinned almost evilly and said "You will spar my top student to prove to me that you're worth my time." "Bring it!"

"Alright then. ROVU FRONT AND CENTER!!!" Wait what!! Rovu approached me while cracking his knuckles saying "I'm going to enjoy this." "BEGIN!" Blorg yelled. I turned to Blorg and gave him a 'You've got to be kidding!' face when Rovu said "Rule number one, never turn away from your opponent." (Can you guess where that reference is from?) He went to punch me when I grabbed his fist and flipped him. In under five seconds I had him in a head lock with my legs while my arms had him in an arm lock. He couldn't move a muscle and he couldn't break free.

Everyone in the room looked at the scene before them in pure shock. I would later come to find out that no one has ever beaten Rovu before and a noob comes out of nowhere and beats him! Unthinkable!

I stood up and turned to the sergeant saying "Well?" almost sarcastically. He looked at me and then back at Rovu who was still on the ground. He finally said "You definitely belong in here!" " That's all I wanted to hear." " Okay then, Memnock you will be Katie's sparring partner. Now let's get to training!" Blorg yelled while I went over to a mat for sparring. When my partner walked over it was the green alien who I met yesterday and who along with his friend was rude as hell to me! GREAT!!!
