Chapter 8: Noobs Strike Back

So I am really happy cuz my story just hit over 200 views!! To be honest I didn't even think that my story would get past 20 views so thank you to all my readers!! Here's the next chapter.

(Zen's POV)

Oh what a day this has been and it's still happening. For one, Mem recruited horrible warriors and he thinks it's my fault! Then when we were trying to get away from the awful planet, Kat made us turn around to go save them! I thought today would be better but it's not.

Currently Kat, Mem, and I are in the meadow sitting in lawn chairs watching the earthlings "fight" a virus infected deer. By "fight" I mean running away from it screaming. Man, they really are terrible! Although, their expressions are hilarious. The most memorable one was when they met Katie earlier today...

(Flashback)

It was earlier today when the Galacticus' scanners picked up a virus pod heading towards Earth. We wanted to see what our warriors could actually do so we brought them to the Galacticus to debrief them.

The four walked on to our ship totally amazed. "Okay guys over here." Mem said to them. "This is so cool!" Kevin said. "Yeah this defies everything science says!" Shope said. "Uh, why did you bring us here?" Tyler asked.

"Since you four know about the virus and defeated it the first time, us three would like to know if you are worth it." Mem said. "Wait 'us three'? But there's only two of you." Shope said and right at that moment Kat walked on to the bridge saying "Okay guys the virus just crashed down right next to our location so it shouldn't be that hard to... Oh you have the kids with you."

Mem and I looked back at the kids and the boys looked completely love struck while Shope looked shocked. "Uh when did you recruit another human?" Shope asked. "Oh I'm not human. I'm from the planet Krypton. My people look human but we are completely different. The name's Katie Pri and you are?" The kids still looked pretty shocked and or love struck so Mem said "Kat that's Tyler, Shope, Kevin, and Roach."  Then Roach walked over to Katie and hugged her saying "Roach in love with Katie." Kat looked at him really fun and lightly shoved him off her and said "Um okay. Uh, about the virus."

(End Flashback)

And that's where we are now. We were sitting in the lawn chairs sipping a yellow Earth drink called lemonade and it was really good.

(Katie's POV)

We were drinking lemonade when Mem said "Zenblock how would you rate this Earth lemonade." "A ten Memnock. It's zesty and perfect for toasting us leaving this awful planet." "And how would you rate our new warriors?" That's when they ran by screaming being chased by an infected deer. "I give them a three." Ran by screaming again. "A two." And again. "A one. I GIVE THEM A ONE!" Zen yelled.

"I got this." I said and flew towards the deer. I kicked it hard in the face sending it back while Zen used his giant hand and grabbed the deer by the tail subduing it. Mem then teleported beside it and extracted the virus. The worst thing was that even when the deer turned normal the kids ran off screaming.

"Uh you picked terrible warriors." Zen said pointing his big hand at Mem. "I picked them you picked them." "It doesn't matter who picked them because together we have to fix it!" I yelled. "And how are we supposed to do that?" Mem said. "We all know what we have to do." I said.

(Time Skip)

We were in the basement of Tyler's house about to give them news that would probably change their lives for the worst.

"Boys and girl, we think this superhero thing isn't really working out." Mem said and to his surprise they started handing us the battleballs with enthusiasm. "We thought that being a superhero would be cool and it definitely is not. So take the balls." Tyler said. "Okay but their will be a small side-effect. Without your battleballs you will start to shrivel up and look like rotten Earth fruit." Zen said.
