Louis unlocked the door as quietly as possible before he crept back into Eleanor’s apartment. His heart was pumping as he crossed the finger of his spare hand. He was just about to click the door close when he heard a voice.

He was expecting a light to flicker on or something but it wasn't even that dark. He swerved around to see Eleanor.

“Where have you been?”

He froze and swore under his breath. Louis took a deep breath in and tried to act as casual as possible. Shit did she know he had spent the night at Harry’s?

“What do you mean?”

Eleanor was sitting in her pyjamas on a chair near the kitchen. “I called Niall to see when you were coming back but he said you’d gone out.”

“Oh right,” Louis replied scratching his head trying to say the least as possible.

“Where were you last night?”

“Out.”

“And you didn’t bother to tell me?”

“I forgot,” Louis shrugged like it was no big deal before turning around to walk out of the room.

"Louis you have to stop acting like a child."

"A child?"

“Louis, you can’t just do that,” Eleanor sighed, her tone making Louis flinch.

“Do what?” He groaned he said turning back around. She opened her mouth to reply but Louis didn’t let her. “Just because Liam said you have to watch my every move doesn’t mean you have to listen to him. You lot are treated me like a child and you tell me to stop acting like one. I’m perfectly fine."

“I know I’m sorry I’m just worried about you," she sighed softening. "Will you just tell me who you were with last night?”

Louis bit on his tongue. She didn’t need to know he’d spent the night at Harry’s. If he told her then she could go rave to Liam. He wasn’t supposed to have seen Harry anyway plus Harry would be too drunk to remember.

“Just some friend.”

                                                       ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The first thing Harry noticed when he woke up was how much his mouth stunk. It was felt like a skunk had taken a week's nap in his mouth. He let out a groan trying to figure out how to not breathe in his own stench. With his eyes still closed, he tried figuring out why he felt so uncomfortable and soon he realised it was because his jeans were uncomfortably twisted. He was too tired to try untwisting them or making it better. Harry didn’t want to open his eyes knowing that as soon as he did his head would start pounding but it wasn’t like he had a choice. He opened his eyes and hissed at the instant thudding, before he moved his head to the right trying to see the time on his alarm clock. Even turning his head sent sharp stabs running through his head. He cursed under his breathe. He hardly ever got this drunk.
Harry gave up trying to move without making his head hurt and decided he was definitely spending the rest of the day in bed. He only had one thought on his mind.
Why the fuck did I drink so much last night.
Niall watched as Liam mumbled into his phone as he paced around the room with a frown on his face. After a few minutes Liam shoved his phone back into his pocket and let out a huff.
