Naruto went straight to the infirmary where Tsunade had been talking to Kakashi about Shizune's wounds and where Ino, another girl with the power to heal, was in the process of finishing up healing Shizune's wounds. Sakura was left in the field alone after Sasuke had yelled at her. Tears fell down her face, her heart aching. Why wasn't she chosen to be Sasuke's confidant? Why? Stupid Ino! She thought blaming her heartache on the very person who convinced her to confess and at least try. Stupid, stupid Ino! She couldn't see why her heart didn't follow her mind. Sure she had loved Sasuke since they meant and sure they were good sparring partners, but when they were sparring partners they were just friends. It didn't mean that she didn't have feelings for him, she did - she just was supporting her friend Naruko. Sasuke's not... Ugh, why do I care? He even said that his feelings never changed! Why is it so hard to just move on? Sakura wiped her eyes, she tried to compose herself. She become fully alert when she felt a presence somewhere and then heard a distinct noise.

A flute? She thought, confused. Sakura suddenly felt chills going down her spine as the sound grew louder and louder. A sharp pain pulses in her eyes causing them to ring. She let out a pain-filled groan, covering them. A laugh. It was loud and demonic. She was in so much pain that she couldn't hear the laugh, but when the flute stopped, the ringing and the pain subsided as well. She felt dizzy, like everything was spinning. Darkness came and went as she almost past out from
"Easy there, princess, looks like Tayuya did a number on you with her flute." A voice said. The voice was masculine - it had a sadistic tone to it. Sakura looked up, meeting the eyes of her enemy. He had amethyst - light purple - colored eyes that paralyzed you as soon as his victim's looked into them. "The name's Zanki, what's yours little princess?"
"F-Fuck you, and don't call me that!" Sakura spat out. Zanki chuckled, his hand smacking Sakura, causing her cheek to sting. She winced, a hand print on her cheek.
"Hey, Leiko, Homura, what should I do to this girl? Should I suffocate her? I know, what about if I-"
"Don't get carried away, Zanki," The girl Sakura identified as Leiko spoke, her tone dark and soft. What the hell's going on? Who are these people? Sakura couldn't understand what these people wanted with her. She knew by the looks of them were high level demons. She was no match for them even though she had super human strength, she didn't want to mess with these demons. Zanki feigned disappointment.
"Aww, come on, Leiko, let me cut her. I want to see her bleed!" Zanki laughed manically. Leiko rolled her eyes. Lady Tayuya's is not going to like his disobedience. She thought, crossing her arms.
"I said you shouldn't get carried away, I never said don't hurt her. I'm not soft." She snorted. "Lady Tayuya is not going to like your disobedience, though, just saying." She locked eyes with Zanki who glared at her. The group was known as Doki and were under a girl named Tayuya's control. Sakura recognized the name. She knew of whom this girl was and what she was capable of. Tayuya, a demon of unimaginable power. She can dodge attacks while playing her flute simultaneously... She's of high intelligence but not as high as Shikamaru but... Her level is of S-class demons.
"Listen here, girly," Zanki said. "We're not under orders to hurt or kill you. What we want is that boy Uchiha calls his confident." Sakura's emerald eyes widened. They're after Naruto? This caused conflict within her. She had a choice of protecting Naruto which she had vowed to do or tell them where he was.
Leiko, growing impatient, used her power on her. She smirked, creating an illusion of a katana piercing Sakura's stomach. The sharp stabbing pain made Sakura want to cry out, her eyes wide with horror and shock. "W-What...? But you said," Sakura's brain seemed to stop all thinking, her body shaking from the thought of death.
Zanki looked at Leiko disappointed. "You're a bitch, you know that?" He muttered. Leiko looked at Zanki with eyes that even made him shiver in fear. Among the three Doki, Leiko was definitely the most fearsome. Her coral eyes showed anger and impatience which sent a clear message to Zanki.
"Let's just get this over with," Homura joined in. "Or Leiko won't be the only one that's impatient and angry."
