(Ruby's POV)
'So that was sapphire.' I thought to myself as I walked down the hall. 'God, she's beautiful.' Wait, did I just say that? C'mon Ruby! You have a girlfriend. Speaking of which...
"Ruby-Baby!" Morganite Cooed.
"Hi babe...!" I said as I pecked her lips.
"So, my birthday is coming up!" The pink gem sang as she poked my nose. "And....?" I said to her knowing there was more to it. I love morganite, but I feel like I'm being used sometimes. Not to mention, I caught her cheating on me with Turqoise more times than I can count.
"Well, I was wondering if you would throw me a surprise party because you love me?" She said with baby dolls eyes. "You know I can't say no to that face." I said smirking. We have been dating since eighth grade. Four years later, we're still barley together.
"Squeeee! Thanks babe!" She said as she pecked at my lips. "See you later!" She said walking away while blowing a kiss. "Byyyyyyee!" I said waving my fingers. I went walking down the opposite hall morganite had just walked down and went over to Mrs.Quartz's classroom. I had a bad feeling about this party, but I jut ignored those bad feelings. Mrs. Quartz's class was just down the hall. I walked to the door, I looked inside and saw sapphire sitting at the desk across from me. 'Yes!' I thought to myself before the pearls came walking down the hall. "Alright, see you later!" Pink haired pearl waved to the others. She walked to me and saw why I was looking at.
"Oh so that's the defective we have to have class with. Listen, ruby..." Pearl said looking very seriously at me. "Do NOT hang out with her. Your popularity will drop so much, you won't want to show your face here. Ever." I wanted to tell her she was wrong, that it doesn't matter, but I am popular. And that's more important to me than this beau- I mean ... Just The new girl. I barely even know her, anyways.
"Oh, okay." I said looking back at the small, quaint history classroom. I have to admit, I was looking forward to getting to know her better, but that's not an option now.
"Okay then. Glad that's settled. Anyway, can't wait for the party this weekend! Toodles!" Pearl sashayed into the music room. I guess Morganite already tweeted everyone about the party. *sigh*
