its Monday. I dreaded Monday's. I have to talk to Andrew today, something I wasn't looking foreword to. I was cuddled into lukes chest as I had fell asleep at his house last night because I wasn't feeling well. I had a migraine but I feel better, I wish I wasn't so I don't have to go to school. At 6:30 my alarm rang to get me up and I tried to get myself out of lukes grip but it was no use, "stay home today" lukes voice was deep and raspy. Damn. "I wish luke but I have to go to school, no more absences for awhile" I kiss him. "Alright" he sighed contently. "Have a good day today, I'll pick you up after school and we can get milkshakes okay" he kissed my forehead. "Okay, I love you" I giggled into his chest. "I love you too baby" He kissed me one last time before I quickly ran up stairs to my place to get ready. I took a quick shower throwing my hair into braid, wearing lukes flannel with my signature white docs and black leggings. I made it out the door by 7:05 walking at a faster pace to get to school on time. I made it to my first class with 3 minutes to spare. I sat at my usual seat in the back of the room pulling out my notebook and sketch pad and began drawing. I've been working on my art a lot more lately. I used to love it but I lost interest after I started working so much. I don't work as much any more. I work 4 or 5 days since I used to work 6 or 7. I have time to draw and spend time with my boyfriend. I love luke so much, he's the best thing that ever happened to me and I hope he knows that, he makes me so happy and I haven't felt this way in forever. I start drawing luke. Only I know it's him though, to other people it's just the back side of a boy and girl holding hands at the beach. I drew myself wearing what I am now, the 2 french braids in my hair included. I draw luke barefoot wearing his famous skinny jeans and  he's also wearing a flannel. I draw his hair flat and wavy, how it is now basically. I managed to finish the piece by the time lunch come around. I plan on showing it to luke after school. I hope he loves it, since it is a drawing of us. andrew never showed up at school because apparently he had too much to drink the night before and was throwing up all night. i made it through the school day thankfully. I guess spending the night with luke really improved my mood.  I saw lukes familiar car parked in its usual spot running out to it. I immediately threw my bag in the back before sitting with luke up front. "Hey baby, you seem happy" he smiled kissing me. "I'm really happy luke, like genuinely happy" I happily sighed. He giggled. "Oh! I wanna show you something" I said excitedly. I pull my bag to the front in my lap pulling out my sketch book. "I didn't know you draw Katie" "I haven't in a long time, I'm getting back into it" I explained flipping to the picture of luke and I. I turned to it, holding the book to my chest so I could surprise him. "Okay babe, I really hope you like it" I smiled nervously. I handed him the book and he studied the image before he smiled widely, his eyes lighting up. "Katie, this is amazing, I love it" he leaned over kissing me. "is this supposed to be us" he asked referring to the couple i drew. "Yeah" I smiled, I'm really glad he loved it. "Did you see the messege I wrote on the back for you" I said, fiddling with the ends of lukes flannel I was wearing. "No" he flipped over the drawing beginning to read. "Hey baby. If you're reading this it means you've seen the drawing of us. I hope you love it. I love walking the beach with you. I love you so much luke. You're the best thing that's ever happened to me and I'm grateful to have you in my life. You give the best kisses, did you know that? Anyway I drew this for you, you mean the world to me baby and I can't imagine myself with anyone else. I'm glad I can come to you with anything and vice versa. You're such a great person luke, you make me really happy and I hope I make you happy too. You gave me hope and a reason to stay alive."
