We wake up in the morning still cuddling. I slowly pull my arm out from under her head and tiptoe out her room.

As I prepare breakfast for all of us, I try to analyze all the information fed to my brain just last night. Ann, my supposed-to-be girlfriend, is still in a coma. I know I have responsibilities over her, after hearing what Jackson had to say. But, that was before. I have Renesmee now. I don't want to let go of her just to satisfy my past. And Renesmee, half-human, even after revealing herself to me, I still feel the same way towards her.

Yugyeom comes out of his room as I was setting the table. "Wake the guys up. Food's ready." I tell him. I go up to Renesmee's room and see she's still sleeping.

I slowly sit by her side on the bed and shake her gently.

"It's time to wake up, sleepy head."

"Mark?" She smiles up at me.

"Good morning, Baby. How was your sleep?"

"Great!" She stretches and I leave a kiss on her forehead before standing up.

"Come on, let's go eat."

All the guys were sitting around the table the time we step in the dining room. There stares, most especially Jackson's, pierce me as I pull a chair for Renesmee. Only Yugyeom smiles at us.

"Mark," JB looks at me, "the boss wants you to stay in the house. Try to watch our old videos and practice the dance moves."

"We don't need him back," Jackson says from across the table. "Just leave."

"Jackson," JB scolds him. He looks back at me, "our manager is coming this morning to show you some of the things you need to learn...again."

"I'm going out," I say, much to JB's surprise.

"You can't," he smirks. "There are guards out by the door. You can't go anywhere. You have to stay here. People can't see you yet."

I look at Renesmee and give her a smile. There's always a way around the guards, especially when you have a girlfriend like her.

"What's your number, you need to contact us in case something happens," JB takes out his phone and asks for me to do the same. Renesmee takes his phone and keys in my number and presses 'call'.

"Thanks," he gives her a weak smile.

I hate how these guys treat her. They can get mad at me all they want, I just don't like them looking at her like she's a nobody.

We see them off as they head out the apartment to their activities. I look at Renesmee after closing the door and grin at her.

"What?", she looks puzzled.

"I really wanna go out," I tell her, wrapping my arms around her waist.

"But the guards..."

I raise my eyebrow and she gets what I mean.

"Ma-ark...I don't think we should..."

I pull her closer and rest my forehead in hers, pouting my lips to look cute.

"Ok, ok..." her giggle makes me kiss her on the lips. "I'll just get ready," she runs up to the bathroom to take a shower and get dressed.

"You ready for this?" She still can't believe I'm serious.

"Yes...I think?" Now, my nervousness is showing.

She pulls me off my feet and we're out the window to the ground below.

"Woah," my head is dizzy with the speed. She just chuckles and pulls me again.

The buildings and cars and people pass by us like a flash. The wind hits my face, letting me squint my eyes and cover them with my hands.

We stop at a beach, "Where are we?" I ask her as she slowly releases her grip on me.

"I don't know," she giggles.

Well, I don't care either. Just as long as we're out of that suffocating house. I sit on the sand and gently pull her down to sit beside me.

"Tell me more about yourself," I ask and she giggles again. "What?"

"You sound like you're doing an interview."

"Oh..."

"Well, I've already told you the important things about me."

"How did you get to have super...I mean...."

"My powers?"

"Yes."

"All vampires are exceptionally fast," she looks at the ocean as she tells me stories about vampires and her dad's abilities. I listen intently, amazed at how superhuman they could be.

"And your mom?"

"She only acquired hers after she turned into...well...like my dad." She looks down at her hands and I take them. "She's the only vampire Aro couldn't read."

"Aro?"

She starts telling me about the Volturi and the abilities of the members.

"So," I hesitate, "were they the ones that...uhmmm....killed them?"

"Yes."

"I'm sorry, Ren," I pull her closer to me and let her head rest on my shoulder. Her tears are at the brim of her eyes and I can see she's fighting them back.

"That's the reason why I stay in the island with Seth. Hidden."

"They're still after you?"

"I don't know. All I know is that they can't see me with their powers."

"And Seth?"

"Seth," the pity in her eyes is undeniable, "he has to stay in his wolf form so as not to be traced. The Volturi has adopted a new member in their coven. He's a wolf hunter. He could see and track any werewolf in their human form."

"So, Seth..."

"Yes! He couldn't, even if he wants to."

I feel sorry for her, for what she's gone through. I feel pity for Seth, the fact that he has to stay like that for....forever.

"Uhmm..." I've been wanting to ask her since she told me about her being half vampire, "Ren?"

"Hm?"

"Do you? Are you? ... I mean...you don't crave for human blood, do you?" As soon as the words came out of my mouth I regretted saying them.

She giggles, "of course, silly. I'm still half vampire." She looks at me with lustful eyes and I admit I got a little scared. "But, I can live with animal blood. I can eat human food but they don't really taste as good. That's why I don't cook."

I remember, back in the island, she once told me she always ate out. So, that's why. She and Seth would go to the woods behind the house and hunt animals.

"So....the bear...?"

"Yes, Mark." She laughs remembering how I fled and screamed like a girl. "The bear was a pretty good meal."

Surprisingly, I am not disgusted at her diet. I find it interesting.

"So, should I be getting you something else for dinner tonight?" I joke.

"I'll find a way," she looks at me and her eyes start looking serious. "Mark?"

"Yes?"

"Uhm...the...your life." I know what she's gonna say next but I keep quiet and listen anyway. "Ann?"

I take her face on my hands and look her straight in the eyes.

"I know I have to deal with her sooner or later, but I assure you, Ren, my feelings for you will never change." I pull her into my arms, giving her assurance of my word.
