Francis set you in the passenger seat of his car and walked around to sit in the driver's seat on the other side. "First stop, the pet store!" He said cheerily. You sighed and lied down on the seat with your chin on your paws. "Awe, does someone miss Arthur already?" Francis teased. You snorted and looked away from him, which made him chuckle as he started the car.
It didn't take long to reach the locally owned pet store downtown, and when he turned off the car's engine he scooped you up and climbed out of the car with you in one hand. "You get to ride in the cart." He said, placing you in the child seat on the cart once you were inside the store. "Okay, let's see... you need food." Francis muttered, pushing you and the cart down the many aisles. "How may I help you?" A lady said suddenly, appearing at the end of the aisle. "Do you have any cat food?" Francis asked as he approached. The lady smiled and patted your head as she said, "Yes, our kitten food is in the next aisle over."
"Thank you." Francis said before turning the corner into the aisle she specified. The aisle was filled with kitten supplies, and you gazed at the items intently as you passed them to the section with food. "Okay, so..." Francis said as he wrinkled his nose at the cat food, "I refuse to let you eat kibble, but there doesn't seem to be any canned food that looks edible."
You pointed at the shelf of canned food that was eye level with you, and Francis picked up a can and sighed. "I doubt this has actual chicken in it." He muttered. You pointed your paw at the can in his hand. "You really want this?" He asked uncertainly, "it's the cheapest kind. I can get you a more expensive kind, you know."
That only made you point more aggressively at the can he was holding. "Okay, okay." He said, grabbing a bunch of them and tossing them into the cart. As you left the aisle and approached the register, Francis suddenly gasped and abruptly turned the cart toward a display a few feet away from you. "Look at these!" Francis said excitedly, examining the pet clothes on the rack. You shrank to the corner of the child seat farthest away from the display and mewed loudly. "Awe, but they're cute!" He frowned, picking up a tiny baby blue turtleneck. "This would fit you perfectly!" The Frenchman gasped, picking you up and slipping it over your head. You growled at the amount of touching it took to get the sweater on, making Francis shush you. "There!" He said triumphantly. You looked at him in annoyance, but you had to admit he was right. It did fit, at least.
"Hold still, I want to send a picture to Arthur." Francis grinned, holding up his phone. You glared at the camera as he took a few pictures.

Francis: Isn't this the cutest??
He sent a photo of you in the sweater.
Arthur: Why does she look so angry?
Francis: I don't think she liked having the sweater put on her ha
Arthur: It is pretty cute...
Francis: That's it i'm buying it no backsies

"Alright, we're home!" Francis exclaimed cheerily, carrying you (who was still wearing the blue sweater) and the bag of canned food into his house. He waltzed into the kitchen and set the bag on the counter before holding you at arm's length and grinning. "You're the cutest, I swear." he cooed, once again attempting to nuzzle you. You meowed loudly and pushed away his face, making him frown. "Alright, go explore" He sighed, setting you on the ground. You took a few awkward steps away from him, making the Frenchman laugh. "By the way, Gil and Toni are coming over in a bit." He called after you as you ran into the living room. You looked around the large space, your eyes landing on the plush couch closest to you. After glancing back to make sure Francis wasn't playing attention, you wriggled underneath the couch and sighed contently as you curled into a ball.
Francis smiled to himself as he put the cans of cat food in the cupboard. It was going to be so much fun having you here! "(y/n)!" He called, walking into the living room. The Frenchman frowned when he didn't see you. "Did you figure out how to go up the stairs?" He muttered, wandering over to the staircase. You weren't there either. "(y/n)?" He called again. You mewed loudly, but didn't move from your spot. "Are you... under the couch?" Francis asked, lying on his stomach and peering under the aforementioned couch. You uncurled and stared at him with your (e/c) eyes, making him smile. "What are you doing under here?" He laughed, reaching a hand under there. You mewed in protest as he grabbed you and pulled you out from under the couch.
"Shh, you're fine." He cooed, putting you on his shoulder like Arthur directed and walking slowly around. You snorted and tried to wiggle out of his arms. "Nope." He muttered, wandering over to the couch. "Wanna watch TV?" He asked, setting you on top of the couch and sitting down beside you. Right as he grabbed the remote the sound of the front door opening made him look down the hall. "Whatup, Francis!" Gilbert called, closing the door behind him. "Sorry for coming early!" Toni called as they wandered into the living room. The two males froze once they noticed you sitting beside Francis, Toni gasping loudly. "Oh, who is this?" He said gleefully, racing over and scooping you up.
"Uh..." Francis muttered as Gilbert sat down beside him and smirked. "I meant to ask, did you get those things from work to Arthur? The boss is gonna kill me if you didn't." He asked. "Oh, uh, yes. And that's why she's here." Francis stated as Toni continued to cuddle and coo over you. "How does going over to Arthur's place get you a cat?" Gil snorted. "So, you know how he has that weird witchcraft he calls a hobby?" The Frenchman began. Toni sat down on the other side of him, still clutching you. "Oh god, what did he turn into that?" Gil asked, pointing to you.
"(y/n). His landlord doesn't allow pets, so..."
Gilbert and Toni's eyes widened, the latter dropping you into his lap. "So that's (y/n)?" Gilbert said, a smile forming on his face. Francis nodded and you lifted your paw and waved to him. "You're the cutest!" Toni exclaimed, picking you up again and nuzzling you. You pushed away his face and wiggled out of his grip, walking off of his legs and over to the edge of the couch. "Oh, no you don't." Francis said, picking you up and handing you back to Toni. "Isn't her sweater the cutest? I found it at the pet store." The blonde said as Toni gently took you and held you close to him. "Hey, I wanna see her." Gilbert said, holding out his arms. Toni handed you over to him and you snorted as Gilbert held you to him awkwardly.
"This has gotta be fucking weird, kid." He said. You headbutted his chest, making Francis gasp in disbelief. "How come he gets a headbutt and I don't?" He frowned. You looked to him and stuck out your tongue, making Gilbert and Toni laugh. "I'm offended." The Frenchmen pouted. "I didn't get one either." Toni said sadly. You wiggled out of Gilbert's grip and walked across Francis's lap over to Toni, who picked you up and gasped when you headbutted his chin. "He gets one too?" Francis said, sticking out his bottom lip in mock sadness. "Here." Toni said, holding you out to Francis, who gently grabbed you and held you to him with one hand and grabbed the remote with the other. You leaned on him as he flipped through the channels and closed your eyes. "I think she's tired." Toni smiled. Francis looked down at you and smirked. "You tired?" He asked, handing the remote to Gilbert and poking your nose gently. You reached out a paw and slowly pushed away his finger with your eyes still closed.
"I'll take that as yes." He chuckled.
