JUNE'S P.O.V.:

I couldn't be the only one who procrastinated like a professional.

Homework was the worst part of the day. School I could just about live with, but homework?

Hell no!

Thank god I was practically done, I just had some required reading to do, but I refused to even start it before dinner.

Speaking of dinner, was someone calling me?

I walked over to the stairs, "Yeah?" I called down.

"June, come lay the table please." my stepmother, Amelia said.

"Coming!" I answered, practically flying down the stairs.

We were having noodles and I was starving.

"June?" my dad asked as we were all sitting down, "Have you packed yet?"

I stayed quiet, I hadn't even started yet.

Professional procrastinator.

"Have you even started yet?" my step-mum questioned.

"Ummm..."

"We're moving tomorrow, so start after dinner."

We weren't actually moving house, only temporarily.

A few of the rooms were being rebuilt, so for the next two weeks or so, we would move in with my grandparents.

Step-grandparents actually.

We ate in silence for a few minutes, but I thought that I should talk to them about Tristan.

The only problem I had was that I didn't really wanted to discuss boys in front of my little brother, of course I fangirled about bands and guys with him in the room, but this was different.

I was actually going on a date with Tristan.

So I decided to waited until we all finished and my brother left the table and ran up to his room to play Minecraft.

That's  when I felt like I could openly talk to my parents, telling my dad would always feel slightly odd, but I knew I had to do it.

Mainly because Alice was going to join the three of us for dinner and now she wouldn't and I had to explain that.

"Dad?" I started, "Remember how we were going to meet Alice in London?"

"Yes?"

"Well, there's been a change on plans, I'm not meeting Alice any more." I said.

"Okay." my dad said, "But Amelia and I still want to go to London."

"I know, and I'm still coming, but I'm just gonna meet someone else."

Amelia gave me a confused look, "What do you mean? Who are you meeting?"

It was now or never, "Do you remember that band I like, Twenty4Seven?"

"No, I can't keep up with all you boy bands." she answered.

I let out a sigh and took a few seconds before I opened my mouth again and said: "Well, I'm going to meet one of the band-members."

Now both my parents looked seriously confused.

What was the best way to explain this?

I decided to quickly blurt everything out and get it over with, "A few months ago I asked if I could meet him and he said yes, so we arranged something for the day that we'll be in London."

"A date?" Amelia tried to clarify, "Yes." I answered, "Of sorts."

The blow was about to come, my dad wouldn't let me, I knew it, I could practically feel it coming.

"I don't know about this." he said after a moment of silence.

And there the blow was.

It took half an hour of pleading before he agreed to let me go, "On the one condition that we meet him before we leave you to it."

"Of course!" I agreed, so relieved that it didn't take days of begging and pouring my heart out.

"Now off you go, start packing." he said.

I stood up, quickly backing away from the table, "Thank you, thank you, thank you!"

When I entered my room I looked around, I had my work cut out or me.

They were going to redo my room as well, so I had to pack all my stuff into boxes and generally just move everything out of the way.

I hadn't done anything yet, because I forgot that we were moving out the next day.

This was going to be a long night...

The small stuff had to packed, but the furniture I could move into the study in the morning.

Outside my room there were a few boxes, I grabbed one and started to fill it with books and stuffed animals.

As I was putting the last book in the book, I had just bought this one, Red Queen by Victoria Aveyard, I took it out of the box again and put it on my desk to take with me.

I then closed the box and taped it shut.

When I returned from the study where I had left the box Hey Jessica by Almost July started to play, it was my favourite song by them.

I walked over to my laptop and turned the volume up.

This of course led to me playing that song on repeat and jamming out to Almost July all night.

The clock said that it was around one am when I taped the last box.

I crawled into bed only a bit later, my mind wondered off to Tristan as I fell asleep.

THE NEXT MORNING:

Someone was calling my name: "June! It's time to wake up June!"

I grabbed the first thing I could reach and sent my teddy flying, "Unless you're Fred, go away!"

"Who's Fred?" My stepmother asked, "I thought you were going on a date with a guy named Tristan."

Fred?

Who was Fred?

Then I suddenly remembered my dream, Fred Weasley!

In my dream I magically brought him back to life, I pulled a hand through my hair.

I couldn't start out my day with a sad feeling, I grabbed my phone and started playing Sam Tsui's covers, the first one I chose was Stressed Out.

I practically jumped out of my bed thanks to the energy burst that the song gave me.

I danced around my room, finding some clothes to wear and putting my pajamas in my suitcase.

By this time, the next Sam Tsui cover had come on, Chains.

God I loved this song.

Time for breakfast, my dad would have to help me with moving my furniture.

It felt strange to move out, even though it wasn't actually what we were doing, not really.

Author's Note:

So here's the second chapter, sorry it took a while.

For If You're Not The One I had a complete draft, but for Over And Over Again, I know the complete storyline and I've got some notes, but that's it.

So this is the first time I'm actually writing it out and it's quite a process, so just bear with me, okay?

Okay.

Please comment and vote, because I love your comments.

XOXO Nina
