2010

The next day

Krysten


I woke up and and did my daily hygiene thing and got dressed. I went downstairs and Jacob was watching cartoons.

"You're up early" I said grabbing the pancake mix.

He jogged over to me and leaned on the counter.

"Your mom woke me up and was questioning me."

"Want pancakes?" I asked

He smirked.

"Pancakes and Blow jobs you must really love me."

I hit him.

"Shut up Kaylen is still here!"

"Sorry you want help."

"I got it you just go sit down."

He came around the counter.

"I'm gonna help anyway."

He said grabbing a pan from the cabinet and putting it on the stove. Pretty soon we made enough for me him and Kaylen when she woke up. We ate then left for school once we got there Ridia was waiting.

"Jacob I'm gonna kill you!"

"What I do?"

"You left alcohol on my counter and my brother found it." she yelled.

"Did you get in trouble?" I asked she crossed her arms and looked at me.

"No but I have to clean his room for a week and I had to clean my room. How the hell did you knock everything off the dresser and my bed was messed up."

"He did it. Not me" I said and walked away letting him explain what happened.

Once I reached my locker I felt someone next to me I looked up and it was Chresanto.

"Get away from me."

"Can we talk about what happened last night?"

"Nope."

"I'm sorry I didn't mean for that to happen I meant to-"

"Look Chresanto if you wanna fuck someone go fuck Sarah, she'd enjoy it." I said slamming my locker when he put his hand on my waist.

"Krysten-"

"Get your hand off of me!"

He moved it and I walked away only to be followed by him.

"I'm gonna talk to you whether you like it or not."

I turned to him," LEAVE ME ALONE!"

Everyone in the hall was looking at us and I walked into home room and took my seat.

"What's wrong with you?" Craig asked.

"Nothing."

"Where's Jacob and Ridia?"

"Talking." I replied and they walked in and sat down.

"So Krysten, Jacob told me you messed up my bed and he messed up the dresser, wanna explain cause he says you can explain it better." Ridia said looking me dead in my eyes.

"Well he fell into the dresser putting his pants on and I was on your bed putting my stuff on, sorry."

"Oh ok," she knows I'm lying," Well if that's it."

The bell rang and I got up so me and Craig could walk to Math. I sat in my regular seat and we talked till the teacher walked in and made us do work sheets. -.- that's all we ever do in this class.

"Craig, can you help me with numbers 2 and 7." Leslie asked. Ridia can't stand Leslie cause Leslie likes Craig and we all know this, even Craig.

"Umm I'm sorry I don't have those answers Krysten's helping me." He weakly smiled at her and she leaned forward.

"Craig are you sure you need her help cause it looks like you are almost done."

He sighed," What do you need help with?"

She smiled," Well....."

And I just went back to doing my work.

"Is this seat taken?"

I looked up and saw Chresanto standing there looking pitiful. I put my bag in the seat and he sat it on the ground and sat down next to me.

"I'm sorry ok, I told you earlier I didn't think they'd think we did anything I didn't even know they were watching. I just know that I like you and I never meant to hurt you."

"You've lied once you'll lie again, and I don't like liars. Goodbye Chresanto."

"Krysten what will it take for you to forgive me?"

"I've already forgiven you I just don't want to talk to you."

"Why not?"

"I thought you caught on by now, Chresanto August I don't like you."

"Well that's never stopped me from trying so it won't stop me now. Krysten one day you'll give me a chance and you'll see I'm not such a bad guy."

He got up and went back to his seat and I turned in my worksheet and sat back down next to Craig until class ended. I walked with Ridia to next period and she gave me the look.

"What?" I asked trying to sound clueless.

"I'm only gonna ask you this one more time, What the hell were y'all doing in my room?" She crossed her arms and we sat down in the back. I looked at her and took a deep breath.

"Well Jake was looking at me change or whatever while he was changing and earlier that morning he asked for a hug now or a kiss later so I chose later and while I was changing he asked for the kiss and he pushed me up against your dresser and that's how everything fell down. He kissed me and then I pushed him off and he fell on the bed."

"That's it?"

"Yes it is."

"Why all of a sudden he wanna kiss you I thought y'all were best friends."

"We are it's just that....he told me he was attracted to me and now-"

I stopped and she looked at me.

"Now what?"

I whispered in her,"We're friends with benefits."

"What?!"

"Shhh calm down Ridia."

"Friends with Benefits?" She whispered back.

"Yes Ridia."

"So you aren't a virgin anymore?"

"Yes I'm still a virgin we just... pleasure each other."

"Oh my god. How long y'all been doing this?"

"Since Sunday."

"What happened at the wedding? Oh my god did he finger you in a church?" She whisper shouted.

"No we-"

"Excuse me why do I hear talking?" Asked Ms.Mayfield.

The class was quiet.

"That's more like it." she said before going back to note writing.

My phone buzzed.

Ridia: What happened?

Krysten: At the reception area we danced then we took a bottle of alcohol to the bathroom and got drunk. We were acting goofy then he told me he was attracted to me. Then we started kissing then he fingered me after getting me out of my dress. Then he ate me out.

Ridia: Oh my god!

Krysten: I know.

Ridia: Did you like it?

Krysten: Hell yea!! And he didn't just fall on your bed. When he left and I followed him we apologized to each other then I have him a hand job. And a blow job. He told me he was horny so I only figured it was fair.

Ridia: Eww I slept in those sheets you know!!

Krysten: I'm sorry we were in the moment.

Ridia: I'm gonna hit him and you.

Before I could text back she hit my arm.

Ridia: That's for my bed.

Krysten: Ok are we even now?

Ridia: Yes we are.

Class ended and me and Jake went to next period.

"I told Ridia what happened."

He looked shocked," The truth?!"

"Yes she knew I was lying."

"So you told her what you did to me?"

"Yes and I told her what you did to me also, she knows everything."

"Damn....oh well."

"Oh well?" I said as we entered the classroom.

"What we can't take it back now besides," he looked at me "I don't regret anything" I smiled and so did he.


2013 [They are 18 now]

Present Day

"You win damn!" I yelled while she was spraying me with the water hose.

"Ha I knew I would" she said while dropping it. I waited till she stood by the pool and I pushed her in.

"You may have won the battle but I always win the war!" I yelled and ran around the pool.

"Ugh Jake I told you I just got my hair done you jerk!" She yelled while getting out of the pool and chasing me. She gave up and picked up the water hose and started spraying me again.

"Krysten stop!...Im sorry" I screamed and I heard laughter coming from the gate. It was Craig and Ridia. Krysten dropped the hose and ran over to unlock gate.

"So you gone unlock my gate?"

"Shut up before I get the hose again." She said while opening the gate for Ridia and Craig. I ran up behind Krysten and looked at how close Craig was to Ridia.

"Am I missing something?"

Krysten turned to me," You didn't hear, they are together now"

"Craig finally stepped up?" I asked

"Yea once I made Leslie step off" Ridia said.

"Y'all goin to the dance?" I asked sitting by the pool

"Hell yea!! Why would I miss my prom?!" Ridia yelled.

"Cause I'm not going." I said while putting my feet in the water.

"You what?" Krysten said looking at me in disbelief.

"Oh shit...." Craig and Ridia said in unison. I looked back at Krysten.

"What I just think the whole idea is stupid, it's just a dance." I said getting up.

"Jacob you can't be serious, we've been talking about it for forever and I wanna go." She whined while walking towards me. "Why don't you go with somebody else?" I asked while sitting at down on the steps of the pool while Ridia and Craig played in the pool. Krysten sat next to me and gave the face. "You promised me you'd go."

"Krysten you're my best friend so you know I don't wanna go."

"Jacob, please you promised me two weeks ago"

"That was pleasure talk, you're good at what you do" she pushed me.

"Shut up or you won't get treats like that anymore."

"What y'all talkin bout over there?" Ridia asked smirking.

"Nothing." We said and got out the water walking into the house. I walked over to the fridge and pulled out some water and some food my mom just made and Krysten followed.

"Jacob don't leave the food open and check on the grill" my mom said while sitting in the living room with Krysten's mom and their friends and my aunts drinking margaritas and listening to music.

"Ok mommy." We got food and some of my cousins started coming over. We all went to the back and we were playing around and talking.

"So Krysten how you been?" My cousin Rico asked while sitting next to her. She smirked and moved away from him. Everybody knows he been tryna push up on her since they met.

"Rico stop you know ain't getting none of that" Ridia yelled from the pool and everybody laughed except him. "Aye get off my best friend" I said as I walked over to the chair and pulled her away.

"Come on man you ain't made no moves on her and all you do is keep her to yourself"

"Yea to keep her away from creeps like you" Behlan said while in the water.

"I ain't no creep I just like what I like and I go after what I want and she's at the top of the list" Rico said while staring at her.

"Rico you're cute but no." Krysten said while walking towards to the pool.

"Can I at least look at you in that sexy bikini?" He asked while licking his lips. Honestly it pissed me off.

"No you may not, look away." she said while jumping in the pool. I finished eating then got a text from Mia. She's been texting me lately and she's sweet you could say.

Mia: Hey Jacob

Jacob: Hey I can't really talk right now

Mia: Why :(

Jacob: Um I'm in my backyard in the pool having a barbecue.

Mia: Oh can I come?

Jacob: It's a family thing.

Mia: Oh well I'll see you on Monday?

Jacob: Yea see you Monday.

I put my phone down and then put my feet in the water and Krysten swam over and looked up at me.

"What?" I said

"I want a favor." she said.

"What kind of favor?" I asked.

"A favor favor." I smiled and she got out the pool walking into the house and I waited a while then looked at Ridia she shook her head and smirked while I stood up going upstairs and went into my room and she was standing up and looking at me.

"Lock the door" she said while walking towards me. I locked it and turned to her. "You seemed jealous" she said while wrapping her arms around my neck.

"Me jealous, never." I said while kissing her neck.

She moaned," It sure did seem like it."

"Well not everything is as it seems." I said then kissed her neck again.

"But you're my best friend I know you, if you weren't jealous then you were pissed." She said while I kissed her neck once more before leading her to the bed.

"That may be right but lets not worry about that" I said while kissing her and untying her top.

"Oh don't worry...I wasn't worrying at all" she said while reaching up and kissing me.
