Harry and I had walked back to the house in complete silence. Usually, it was rarely awkward between us. He always had something to say, whether if it was a cheeky comment or something serious, Harry had always felt comfortable to tell me anything. Yet at this moment, neither of us had anything to say. We had finally reached the street of my friends house and from the distance we could see bright lights flashing. We both looked at each other in confusion, trying to decipher what was happening.
“Uhh Harry, is it just me or is that cops outside the house?”
“No I see them too. C’mon, let’s go find out whats happening” He said, leading the way towards the house. My heart rate started to increase and I started to feel sick as we proceeded on. I kept searching around for Trey, fearful that he may be watching us. Instinctively, I walked closer to Harry, quietly hiding behind him. As if he could feel my presence, he put out his good hand behind him, offering me to hold to his hand. I took it desperately, latching on to the security he provided.
A police officer started to proceed towards Harry and I. We could barely see him past the flashing lights on the unmarked police car.
“Harry Styles?” The police officer asked.
“Yeah?”
“Please place your hands on your head and proceed towards me. You’re under arrest for assault. Anything you do or say will be used – “ He started reading Harry his legal rights. Harry and I looked at each other in confusion as Harry started to do as the officer said. I could feel myself getting more and more sick. I clutched on to my stomach whilst I watched Harry getting arrested. This night was going to be a long one.
