I woke up to the light of the morning sun. It was Saturday, 9 am. I was up all night, actually the nights before as well and didn't remember the last time I've slept for more than 4 hours. I couldn't think of anything but her. Deep inside, I wanted to make everything right but I'm too stubborn for that.

*Phone ringing*

"Hey Court."
"Miaaaaaa! Hey loveee! What's up? How is 'Mission Carol' going?!"
"Don't ask."
"Are you okay?.. I mean you.. Umm.."
"No, I'm fine."
"MIA I'm coming over."
"Look Court I'm really thankful for your help but I want to be alone."
"Shut up, I'm on my way."

"Court I'm coming!.." I was on my way when I received a text message from Courtney that she forgot she had an 'important' meeting with a special someone haha and I was actually glad because no one was at home - mom at a business trip and brotherwith  little sister at grandma's house - ..but then who was standing in front of the door?
After a while of hesitating I finally opened the front door and someone I was not expecting at all. 
"Ca.. Carol? What ar-"
"Can I come in..?"
..I've never seen her so broken before..
"Of course.."

"Carol.. Are you okay?.. I mean-"
"I'm not.. I.. I couldn't be alone so I figured I would come here. I hope it's okay.." Her big eyes were full of tears that were falling down her tears like million stars.
"Carol do you want to talk about it?"
