The Trip ~Chapter Seven~

Diana's POV

Finally, This is what it felt like to be happy.. Yes, it's just the beginning but what I am excited for is what is to come.

We are now all heading to the airport..

it's 4:30 in the morning

"Why do I not have coffee right now?" I look over at Kaylee who had fallen asleep on Devan's shoulder.

"I have no idea. Do you want me to go get you one from starbucks?" Collins asks already standing up

"You don't have to I'll be fine. Just cranky" I stated

"Well I'd prefer to have Happy Diana rather than cranky. So... I'm going to go get you a coffee" He smiled

"Hazelnut and cinnamon please?" I grin up at him

"You got it babe" He smiles and walks off

"He really likes you y'know?" I hear Devan whisper softly making sure not to wake Kaylee

"You really think so?" I ask looking down at my hands and then to him

"I don't have to think so.. I know he does.. He's never acted like this about any other girls... You know... Don't tell him I told you this but.. You're his first girlfriend

I'm his first girlfriend...? How.. look at him. How has he not had a girlfriend previously.. He's genuine, sweet, kind, funny, talented... Okay.. I'm rambling

"Well... I really like him too so I'm excited to see what the world has planned for us.." I grin

A few minutes later, Collins comes back with my coffee and hands it to me while kissing me on the cheek.

A while later

"Flight 371 To Las Vegas is now boarding. I repeat. Flight 371 To Vegas is now boarding" We hear over the intercom

"That's us" I stand up grabbing my carry on and also Collins' hand

Devan woke Kaylee up which.. was not pretty. Never wake a sleeping Kaylee.

We finally boarded and it had been set up that Kaylee and I would be sitting together and Devan and Collins would be sitting together.

Once we got on the plane we switched seats.

Me with Collins and Devan with Kaylee

"You know... I didn't expect that to go as well as it did last night" Collins turns his head to me

"Neither did I, To be honest... I figured I was just going to listen and then stand my ground...But then.. I looked at you. And i knew everything was downhill from there..." I leaned my head on his shoulder

"I'm not going to treat you like anyone else has in the past.. I promise you that. All I'll do is treat you with so much respect and love. You will never feel unwanted when you are with me." He laces his fingers into mine and holds onto my hand reassuringly

"You're pretty amazing, You know that?" I kiss him on the cheek causing him to blush

"Thanks, You're pretty amazing yourself" He winks

After awhile I fall asleep on his shoulder

Kaylee's POV

Devan had fallen asleep only a few minutes into our flight leaving me bored

I decided to just start to play some games on my phone.

The trip isn't scheduled to be too long so I figured I would just chill out
