Jay-Ann's P.O.V

We walked to music, the six of us. Ben and I walked behind to four boys from home room, his grip around my shoulders getting tighter every time the one who's called Danny turned around and smiled at me.

"Ben, chill out. I don't want you getting into a fight on our first day" I say looking up at him trying to register the look on his face. "Fine, they say or do anything I will start a war. I hope you know that" he said angrily in reply.

"This is music" said one of them, I think it was James. He held the door open for Ben and me and followed us to the teachers desk.

"Miss Frans, these are Jay-Ann and Ben Bruce, they're new" I hear him say gesturing towards the two of us. "Ah, the musically gifted twins" she said rising to her feet smiling.

"There are two free seats, one next to this handsome fellow, James" she said turning to him and smiling, making him go slightly pink. "And the other next to Cameron" she added gesturing towards a tall boy with long black hair and a nose and lip ring.

"I'll go with James" I said escaping Bens firm grip "I'll be fine, I'll kick his ass if he tries anything" I added winking up at him making him roll his eyes.

James walked to the far left back corner of the room and I followed quickly, I took my seat next to him and two familiar faces turned around and looked at me.

"Hi, I'm Sam Bettley" said one of them smiling largely at me, I couldn't help but smile back looking into his eyes. "And this idiot is Danny Worsnop, you know him from home room. He's the gimp that suggested you walked with us here" he added looking at Danny and pulling a stupid face.

"Yeah, you're the one that called me hot" I say looking Danny in the eyes and making him blush. "Not gonna say I didn't" he said as though it was normal for him.

After about 20 minutes of pure silence between the four of us, whilst we translated music or lyrics into notes or English, James turned and looked at me. I looked up at him, taking in his facial features and piercings.

James had a cute smile and nose, beautiful brown eyes and muddy brown hair. He had his septum pierced and two plugs, one I'm each ear. I couldn't help but smile, piercings are a turn on for me. I slowly look to Danny and notice he too has piercings, he has either side of his lower lip done. I glanced to Sam and he too had his lip pierced, but only one side though.

"So, Jay-Ann" I hear James say bringing me out of my thought on their piercings, "have you got any other tats?" He asked pointing down to my rib cage.

"Yeah I have a few. About 5" I reply rolling my sleeves up and revealing my left forearm. Danny pulled my arm towards him and looked long and hard at my tattoo.

"Are these?" He looked up smiling "Marillion lyrics?" He added looking back down to my arm and examining my tattoo further. "Yeah to 'Lavender Blue'" I reply smiling.

"I like your, er... Piercings" Sam said awkwardly whilst scratching the back of his neck. "Thanks, you guys have some pretty cool ones too" I say in reply looking at James and Sam as Danny is still examining me arm.

"What have you got pierced?"James asked, "my nose, my lip - shark bites on my left side obviously- my belly button and my ears" I say in reply whilst revealing my ears.

"Your brother is giving us dodgey looks" Sam said hinting towards Ben. I didn't need to look because I knew he was, he always did if I talked to guys. "Yeah well get used to it, because as long we keep talking he'll carry in doing it" I reply looking down at my work and pulling my arm away from Danny.

"So why is he, you know" asked Danny looking worried to what my answer might be. "I got hurt pretty bad by my ex boyfriend a couple of years ago and since the he's been, well him" I replied shrugging my shoulders.

"You should hang around with us at break, bring your brother if you must, but I wonna get to know you. I'm sure these dipshits and Cam want to aswell" Danny said nodding towards James and Sam, then at the boy next to my brother who was obviously Cam.

"Yeah fine, as long as I can have a smoke" I reply leaning back in my chair, "yeah course, but you have to share" James said winking at me.

*BBBBRRRRRRIIIIIIINNNNGGGGGGG*

The bell rang loud, making me jump out of my seat. The three boys laughed at me and I blushed whilst punching James playfully in the arm.

"Feisty, just how I like my women" Danny said winking at me making me laugh and shake my head. "You can dream on Danny" I say in reply whilst rising from my seat along with James and Sam, leaving Danny sat down.

"You're not very tall are you?" Said Sam looking down to me, "no, only 5'7" I said with a shrug. "Haha Sammy you're not the shortest any more" said James raising his hands in the air. They were all taller than me actually, James and Danny had to be around 6'2 ish and Sam around 5'10. I turned to walk to Ben and noticed he was already walking towards me talking to Cam, he was also around 6'2. God I hate being small.

The four boys all walked away from Ben and me obviously not realising we hadn't followed. "Coming shorty?" Danny asked turning and winking at me. I shook my head and walked toward them with Ben, who put his arm tightly around my shoulders.
