Chapter 5

*Kaley's P.O.V
"Daddy please don't! I'm sorry it won't happen again! I promise!" I backed into the corner trying to get away from the beating I knew was about to happen.

"Shut up bitch! Get your ass over here! You do not disobey me! You just never learn!" My dad yelled at me. I screamed and shot up.

Wow! Shocker another nightmare. Oh and by the way I'm very sarcastic. Just as I made my way to the closet the door flew open.

"Are you okay? I heard a scream." A panting boy walked in. He looks familiar. Oh yeah lip ring. I don't remember his actual name so that's what I'm going by.

"Oh um yeah. I... Saw a um a bug?" Dammit that was not convincing.

"Luke is she okay?!" Two other boys walked in. Okay I do not remember their names either. Oops!

"Yeah she saw a bug." Guess he did buy it.

"WE ARE ADOPTING YOU!" No no no!

"NO DONT!" This can not be happening.

"What's wrong!" Calum I think asked me.

"I don't trust you! You will just hurt me and bring me back here." I looked down sadly.

"We won't hurt you. We will take care of you and be there for you for the rest of your life. Please come with us." Calum I think pleaded. I seriously need to learn their names. I guess I'll go with them.

"I g-guess." I sighed and started grabbing the little things I had and put them in a trashbag. They soon started helping me too.

I looked over and saw fringe (I'm calling him that because once again I don't remember his name. His hair is colorful though,)about to go in my secret drawer. It contains pictures of my old family, my blades, and my journal. They can't know yet.

"Wait!" He turned around with a confused look on his face and the other boys turned their attention toward us.

"What's wrong?" He questioned.

"That drawer contains....p-personal t-things." I keep stuttering. I can help that I don't trust them. When you've been through what I've been through you learn not to trust people.

We packed all my stuff. Which didn't take long seeing as I don't own much.

Once we got out side we all piled into their black range rover.

"Well let's get you to your new home......"
