Chapter 19-Flashback

I'm really nervous to ask her. What if she says no.

"Calum what if she says no? That will be so embarrassing!"

"She'll say yes Nikaila has always seemed to like you! Grow a pair and get out there!" He pushed me forward and I made my way to the living room where Nikaila was at. I've had a crush on her since I was 13. She's just so beautiful and sweet. I really hope she agrees to go on a date with me.

"Hey Nikki! How are you?" I ask her.

"Good." She replies shortly.

"So, I was wondering if you want to maybe go on a date with me tomorrow? You don't have to if you don't want to it's just-"

"Yes Luke! I will go out with you!"

"Okay! I'll pick you up tomorrow night at 9! Oh and wear something comfortable!"
-------the next night-------

"You are looking as lovely as ever!" I tell Nikki as I open the door in my truck for her. She gets in and I rush to my side. I start the car and we bag in our journey.

"Where are we going?" She asked.

"Well we are going on a drive. We can talk, listen to music, get to know each other. Just ride around. Unless you would rather do something else."

"This sounds fun! I'm excited!"

As we started we got stopped at stop light. I pointed out of her window to all the fire-flies.

"They're so beautiful it seems make believe." She gushed.

"True almost as beautiful as you." She blushed and then the light turned green.

Soon we were in the middle I no where and Green Day was on the radio. Currently stopped at a stop sign. I looked at her and it automatically turned into a passion filled kiss. I knew then that I was so in love with her.

I woke up in tears and realized it was just a flashback. She's gone and not coming back.
