Your POV

This past week has been extremely busy. The guys and I have been traveling back and forth to New York to record our original songs. Plus, Brian and I have to balance out our school work, making it even harder, but do-able. Brian and I did skipped one weekend because we had prom and there was no way in hell I was going to skip that. After prom was killer because it was just us two and our friends getting drunk and high and just enjoying our last year.

Eli wore a white tux with royal blue accents, which I was totally iffy about, but he ended up looking totally hot. If you didn't realize, I wore a royal blue dress that was strapless. We were definitely the hottest couple there. We also tour up the dance floor. Well, Brian and I did since we can actually dance, while Eli looked like an awkward white kid trying to dance.

Lauren was and still is, mad about me taking Eli to prom with me. I mean, if I could, I definitely would of taken her. But, she is all the way in California and we haven't officially come out yet. She has been beating around the bush, dropping subtle but not so subtle hints about us. It's actually pretty funny seeing the Harmonizers and the Elementors go crazy and 'make assumptions' over them. I've even seen some manips of the both of us and some of them look highly believable.

She is still upset about the whole tour thing. I know she wants to be happy for us, I can tell. But she's upset over the fact that we are going to be away from each other even longer. We are trying to spend as much time together while we can before tour begins.

"Y/n, come on you're up." Marcus, our producer, says. "Let's go, so you can get right back to doing your school work. And Brian, you better be doing your school work now."

Currently, the guys and I are in New York. We are recording the vocals of 'Let's Not Be Alone Tonight' since we already pre-recorded the instrumental part.

Whenever I'm in the recording booth, I tend to keep my eyes closed the entire time I'm singing. The guys like to make fun of me. I don't know why, it's just my eyes are never open during it. I take a second to take my flannel off and fix my arm compressions. As I open my eyes I notice those familiar green eyes staring at me from the other side of the screen. I was about to run out of the booth, until I heard a voice.

"Y/n, don't you dare come out here! You need to finish your parts." Marcus demands.

I roll my eyes, but stay put. I let out a sigh and throw a thumbs up to Marcus. He notices and starts the music. The sooner I ace my parts, the sooner I get to see Lauren.

I ended up taking an hour and a half in the booth. I spent an hour with myself, then the rest with Shane working on some harmonies. Once I was all done, I immediately go to Lauren and greet her with a kiss. I forgot the girls were going to be here because they had interview and performance with GMA. I couldn't see their performance in person because I had to go to school and finish the week. We won't even be spending the weekend together because I have to fly to California to record an interview with Ellen. Yes that's right. THE Ellen Degeneres. Our first interview EVER and it's with Ellen. I am still fan girling and will always fangirl.

Lauren and I are cuddled on the couch with Dinah is sitting next to me, while everyone was having conversations. The guys and I were taking turns going in and out the booth. Figuring out harmonies and fixing up parts.

At one point Dinah took a candid picture of Lauren and I, when Lauren was sitting on my lap showing me something on her phone. My arms were wrapped around her waist with my head on the side on her arm. Dinah sent it to me and I asked Lauren if I could post it on Instagram. She let me but told me to make a discreet caption. I posted it with the caption: Her (Insert heart emoji)
