Chapter 31: Change

Vilu's POV: How could my own husband think of me like that? Okay, I admit that I did do some stupid things in my life and I know it makes sense for him to think that after what happened with the "Roxy" incident but what hurts the most is that he stills keeps that grudge inside of him. It never leaves. Its like a dark shadow that clings on to him and never goes away. Next thing you know, he will bring up that story everytime I do a small mistake. How wonderful. Everything I do in my life is all wrong and all my fault. I even get involved in other people's life and then I end up making them hate me even more. What is wrong with me? What am I doing wrong? You know what? I'm tired. I'm tired of crying, getting angry, fighting, getting accused of things I didn't do and being the victim of depression. That's it.

*The next day*
*9:00am*

Leon woke up in the morning to find Violetta not being next to him in bed. He got out and went down to the living room and saw Violetta's pillow and blanket on the couch but she wasn't at sight. Suddenly, he heard footsteps. He automatically knew it was Violetta so he hid himself behind a wall. Just then, Violetta came out holding her clothes in her hands with a towel wrapped around her. She looks like she was about to change. Leon didn't want to stand there any longer because he is going to be invading her privacy if he did so he slowly went back to his room.

*Half an hour later*

Leon went down and saw violetta sitting on the couch watching tv. So he went over and slowly sat down next to her.

Leon: Uhm... Good morning.

Vilu: (No answer)

Leon: Ehm.. How are you...?

Vilu: (Still no answer)

Leon: Uhm... Have you eaten breakfast yet?

Vilu: No.

Leon: Well Uhm, do you want me to make you breakfast?

Vilu: No thanks. A simple bread and jam should do just find. (Got up)

Leon: (Followed behind her) Uhm... Just do let you know, Cami is coming over later...

Vilu: So?

Leon: I just thought you might want to talk to her because she is your best friend...

Vilu: There's nothing to talk about.

*Suddenly the doorbell rang*

Vilu: (Ignored it and went upstairs)

Leon: (Opened it)

Cami: Leon, Hi.

Leon: Come in...

Cami: (Came in) How's Vilu?

Leon: Ask her and let me know. She only replied 4 sentences to me.

Cami: Oh my, she's mad.

Leon: Clearly she is.

Cami: I'll go talk to her.

Vilu: (Came down the staircase)

Cami: Hey Vilu...

Vilu: (Ignored her and went to the laundry room)

Cami: (Looked at Leon in guilt and went after her)

*In the laundry room*

Vilu: (Doing laundry)

Cami: Vilu.....

Vilu: (Kept doing laundry)

Cami: Vilu please. Your not going to stay mad at me will you?

Vilu: (Didn't answer)
