Leon quickly ran inside the room, took out a plastic bag and threw all his and Violetta's important things and clothes inside, wrapped them up and threw them out the window. Then he sprinted out the door to take the stairs but it was all covered in fire. So he quickly jumped down and began looking for Violetta rapidly in each corner.
Leon: VIOLETTA! VIOLETTA, WHERE ARE YOU?! (Ran to the kitchen then stopped)
Leon realized that almost the entire kitchen was set on fire and Violetta was trapped in between the flames. She was coughing uncontrollably unable to utter a word. The entire surrounding was filled with smoke. And before you knew it, the fire began to spread even bigger which made it impossible for Leon to breathe or do anything. He couldn't step backwards or forward because if he did either one, he would be severely burnt by the fire. He was trapped too. The only thing he could do was call the Fire Department but sadly he's phone was out of reach. It was inside the plastic bag outside the house.
Leon: VIOLETTA!! CAN YOU HEAR ME?! VIOLETTA?! (Coughed)
Leon tried calling for Violetta but there was no answer. That made him even more angrier and anxious. He was determined to do everything he can in his power to save her. But he couldn't do anything. He's entire house was on fire and Violetta was possibly suffocating under the flames. Just when all hope's were lost, he saw a bunch of towels neatly folded on the cabinet in the middle of the kitchen. He carefully leaped on the nearest cabinet at the side and jumped on the cabinet in the middle. He got hold of the towels and threw 2-3 of them all over the ground hoping that it would cover some of the fire. Thankfully it worked. So he grabbed the rest of the towels, jumped down slowly and ran over to Violetta who was sitting on the ground covering her face almost going to die.
Leon: (Held Violetta's body) Violetta... are you okay?!!
There was no answer. He had to get her out of there and get her clean air. He quickly carried her, ran pass the flames and exited through the kitchen door. As soon as he was outside, he placed her on the ground, took out his phone from the plastic bag and dialed the fire department and the ambulance as quickly as possible.
~Later~
A few minutes later, the fire department came, followed by the paramedics. The paramedics then placed an oxygen mask on Violetta and one of them helped to hold the tank. Not long after that, the police arrived and investigated the entire house.
Police: (Came to Leon) How did this happen sir?
Leon: I really don't know. It was something so sudden and quick.
Police: Was there anything cooking or boiling at the time of the fire?
Leon: No, we weren't cooking or frying anything. Everything was okay. I don't know how this happened.
Police: If that is the case, then this must be an act of foul play.
Leon: Foul play...?
Police: Yes, Foul play. Someone might have did this to you. Do you know of anyone who might have possibly did this to you? Maybe someone whom you had a fight with and wanted revenge or something like that?
Leon: (Automatically thought of Chris but decided to lie instead) I don't think so...
Police: Okay then. We're going to have to do further investigations on this matter. But until then, your going to have to find somewhere to stay Mr Vargas. Unless your telling me you want to stay in that expensive burnt house of yours.
Leon: Uhm, no. I'm gonna bring my wife to her father's house and I'll stay there with her.
Police: Well then, that's settled. We'll keep in touch okay Leon.
